The surface of the panel averaged 170° F.
The front of my shins (about 1.2 feet away) showed 88° F on my temperature gun. I bought this as a gift for my wife to keep her feet warm under her desk. She kept it in her office for 2 days and brought it back home because it didn't warm her feet after an hour of sitting in front of it. The price to upgrade to the larger size is very cost prohibitive especially considering the dismal performance of the smaller panel. Spend your money elsewhere for warm feet.

We travel a lot and when staying in upscale hotels, I love a nice hot towel on a cold day.
I'm stunned at all the positive reviews - my Warmly Yours towel warmer barely gets them lukewarm. I spent a lot of money having an outlet added to hardwire the rack in our bathroom. All for nothing.

I don’t write reviews but the service from Warmly Yours was unique in my experience.
There was follow up at every level. It wasn’t necessary but they offered to Zoom with me to help troubleshoot the problem. There was little $$ incentive for them but they just delivered remarkable service because they wanted to. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a replacement thermostat for a heated floor. There were some intial problems getting the themostat to set the floor to the desired temperature. The tech support team at Warmly Yours took numerous calls from me until we resolved the issue, which was a bad floor sensor. Their tech support is super knowledgeable, very friendly, and customer focused!
I needed two new thermostats for our heated floors and the company they were origianally purchased from was no longer in business and the model was discontinued.
I called WarmlyYours and spoke to Jeff in technical support and he spent a lot of time researching what I had to find a replacement that would work with our system, and then he helped me order it and talked through the set up with our electrician, and the new thermostats are working great! Kudos to Jeff for providing such amazing support!

I called Warmly Yours service line on a Saturday Night and they actually answered with a real human, connected me to a technician, and after a quick few minutes of troubleshooting they determined what I needed and had a replacement part to me within a few days.

Haven’t actually used the system yet as we haven’t moved into our new bathroom. Once we move into the space, we will be able to rate the system better.

The ordering process was simple, and the towel warmer shipped the very same day. That was a refreshing touch. I received the towel warmer a few days later in excellent packaging. Installation was very easy. The installation instructions were well written and easy to understand. We had Warmly Yours Radiant Flooring installed when we completed our upstairs remodel in 2016.
We had installed a larger, primary bathroom above our garage and knew the tile floors would be terribly cold, especially during our snowy winters in Virginia. We did the research and eagerly chose Warmly Yours radiant flooring to solve our dilemma and it worked just as expected! 9 years later, we remain extremely happy with the product and it’s working beautifully, as intended.

Customer service was great. Would have given a 5 star except the shipping and product would have been at least $50 cheaper from other outlets. I relied on your advice, so I guess the $extra cost gave me piece of mind.
