Great product and Fantastic service, responsive and attentive

When we remodeled our master bath, we had your floor system put in by our contractor.

It was the best part of our remodel. We have had our warm bathroom floor for quite a while, almost 20 years, and it has been a wonderful experience to have such a nice, warm floor in the morning when we get up. It also makes the bathroom a bit warmer too. It has worked flawlessly and so reasonably priced. Thank you!

I had my Warmly Yours floor system installed in 2015 and it’s still going strong.

I’ve had to replace the thermostat a couple of times but I received very good advice from Warmly Yours technicians and actually replaced the second one myself. The heated bathroom tiles on cold mornings is a luxury that was well worth the cost! I hope the system keeps hanging in there for years to come!

We’ve had our Warmly Yours Floors now for probably about 10 years and I’ve been extremely pleased with the results.

There’s nothing like getting up in the morning a cold winter morning and stepping onto a nice warm heated floor. It’s been fantastic.

The help received from Jeff Burnett was truly appreciated.

My old floor heating thermostat wasn’t working. He quickly suggested and shipped a replacement and further followed up by sending wiring diagrams, the user guide and videos to help with the installation.

I received very useful help from the online chat I had Warmly Yours support.

He described what and how to test my unit to figure out what the issue was and then provided links to order the broken parts.

You guys are great to work with.

Good follow-up. Wiring was complicated for me, I'm no electrician. But once installed it worked, and was easy and pretty intuitive to set up and schedule. Now my bathroom floor is warm and comfy twice a day when we need it to be. Yay! This was a replacement unit, the first one lasted 14 years and was less friendly to set up than the touchscreen version, and fortunately the old wiring was the same as,for nSpire Touch.

My wall heater failed and was replaced in a timely fashion under warranty.

Installed and it is working great, set the temperature gauge on 84, and it continually works between 81 and 84 degrees no problems.

How nice to have a warm tile floor each time I enter the bathroom. Tell your salesman Jeff that you heard from me, I did talk with him on the telephone numerous times before I purchased this unit -he knew exactly what I wanted . The warmly yours original that I had operated 16 years, before it stopped, and the new one I like even better than the orignal one that I had. Thank you
