a few years back I purchased the under floor heating.

after using it for a few months I developed a problem, I called them and they worked through what the problem was (the contractor had done something incorrectly) and ever since it works like a champ! Thanks for taking the time to help me out.

I have had the two tracks matt system for each garage door at my Michigan home since 2019, combined with the automatic sensor and controls to turn the system off when it is below freezing and precipitating.

It works like a charm every time and I am the envy of the neighborhood. Set-up assistance was tremendous -- both when I spoke to the team (each person was extremely qualified and very helpful) and when the concrete and electric companies did. The products, explanations and service are completely top-rate -- for instance: we had a problem with a sensor and it was taken care of promptly and professionally. I am extremely please with Warmly Yours and their products and cannot recommend them more highly! Anyone will be delighted with working with them!

Was pleasantly surprised that I received a phone call after corresponding via email with a rep. I followed the advise, purchased a new thermostat and had it installed. Working great.

after about 12 years our towel unit no longer worked.

I was able to acertain that it could not be fixed. I replaced it with a competitor.

We have a thermostat for our bathroom heated floor and they keep going out.

I will be calling for support soon, but we just bought a new one, and had a storm where our power went out and now this new one doesn't work either (exactly what happened with the last one!). This is super frustrating. You definately have a quality issue.

We installed the Warmly Yours product ourselves before we laid the tile in our master bathroom.

The instructions were easy to follow and our electricion installed the thermostat without a problem.

There was an issue with the sensor that was immediately fixed thanks to their incredible support team! Since then we haven’t had any issues after 5 years of Tahoe snowstorms!

The unit we purchased for our new build is practical and beatiful.

At the push of a buttom or even a programed time there is heat in the primary bath and a heated towel. I so love electricity.

We love our WarmlyYours floor, it's in our master bathroom under ceramic tile.

I have enjoyed WarmlyYours radiant floor heating in my bathroom for over 20 years.

I would never install a stone floor without radiant heat and WarmlyYours has proven to be an excellent choice.

We were in the process of building a new home and attended a home show where you had heated towel racks (2017 or 2018).

We were so impressed by the quality of the towel racks and the individual we were dealing with (sorry, I couldn't remember her name), that we decided to install them in all five bathrooms. They have been working great since!

I have used your products in multiple homes including bathrooms, kitchens floors and counter tops for 20 years.

They were easy to install and working with your techs they were easy to layout after sending them my room/ counter tops floor plans. I never had any of these malfunction and never had to replace the thermostats. Keep up the good work.

After many years of wonderful service, one-half of the floor stopped working.

When we purchased the system, we were told that a repair of lost service was possible, but we are now told such a repair can't be done. Very disappointing.

My customer interaction with Warmly Yours and Pauline Leprozo was top-notch.

Was quite happy to work with the company directly. I recall Pauline being especially knowledgeable about the product purchased. And, she included 2 free Warmly Yours t-shirts as a thank-you! I bought several items form you whenbuilding a home.

They included heating for outside steps and heated towel bars. I shoudl have bought more! And Pedro was very helpful in scoping my projects

I have received quite a few floors and also driveway mats.

Each time the experience has been excellent with communication being the best part of the experience. I wish I knew or remembered who helped me but it was more than one person through the years and all were very helpful and willing to help.

Installed under quartz countertop and its the best thing, everyone who is here in the winter all say how impressive it is.
