Customer Reviews

The unit arrived in excellent condition and was very well packed.

The unit works very well and looks great and we are enjoying the luxury of having warm towels after showering. Also bought the Hardwired Programmable Timer and this makes things so much easier as it comes on when we want and towels are nice and warm when we need them.

Great experience; well organized, competent, helpful!

I got excellent service from Warmly Yours.

My contractor told me I had purchased the wrong kind of towel warmer but he needed me to get the correct kind ASAP. I found Warmly Yours online at a great price. Called Customer service who helped me decide between two models, took my payment and arranged for pickup the next morning. I loved the service and love the look and heating ability of the towel warmer even more.

The wall mounted towel warmer arrived and has been installed.

It works perfectly! Appears well-made, sturdy and exactly what I was hoping for in lieu of the thousands of similar products available online. It arrived much faster than I expected and the ordering process was user friendly and seamless.

best product and company for heated floors.

well packaged and instructed.

Quick and Courteous, got my order out right away.

5 out of 5 stars

Received incorrect advice from sales people--that 1/4" insulation would be sufficient over a slab.

It was not. Never warmed properly and then failed completely after a few months. Complete waste of time and money.

1st I purchased 2 of these Roma Towel warmers but after the bathrooms were tiled out they didn’t fit.

Though it was 3 months, or more, from the time of purchase I had no difficulties returning the product. I purchased the Infinity towel racks & they fit perfectly. Getting them installed properly was another issue & when parts went missing once again I had no problems getting replacements sent within a few days. I have one currently working. Still waiting on the electrician to finish the other.

From start to finish, Warmly Yours has some of THE BEST customer service and the products are fantastic.

My wife absolutely loves her towel warmer!

Fast, reliable, responsive..

These are just a few words to describe Warmly Yours! Quality products and team members to assist with anything we need, what more can you ask for! Keep up the great work!

I want to commend "Jeff" who assisted me on my chat on your website.

He was very, very helpful! We have a thermostat for a master bath floor heating system (installed by the builders and previous owners of our current home), that malfunctioned after a storm. It heated to over 100 degrees and would not shut off. Jeff walked me through everything (including turning off the thermostat and breakers) and advised that I buy a replacement thermostat and suggested the proper models. He may have saved us from damage to the system or even a possible house fire! It was support case TTK53771.

A lovely towel warmer doing exactly as it should

I really appreciate the attention and service I receive from Warmly Yours.

The thermostat is simple to use and easy to install.

Easy to assemble and install.

Looks great and works even better. Wife loves it and it don't hurt my feelings none either.

When working they are terrific but the thermostats frequently have GFI problems

I use warmly yours products for all my in-floor heat jobs including my own home.

Never had a call back and my system has worked flawlessly for the past 4 years! I would definitely recommend there products as they are durable and easy to install!

We had to replace a 10 year old thermostat.

The installation was straightforward and we find the new thermostat to be more intuitive and is a breeze to use.

We have had 2 units installed one atop the other outside our shower door for 13 years now.

We also have them both plugged into a timer, so they are warm in the AM and also dry quickly after use. We will definitely buy two more when we update another bathroom soon!

I have installed 2 of these for our clients and now removed and replaced both of them.

Feedback from the client was that the application was clunky and poorly designed and that the connecting process was infuriating and took upwards of a dozen attempts. We swapped it for the UWG4-4999 and the customer was able to program it, set up all schedules and everything in 15 minutes between both units. This was a very capable client and he has had no issues with any other smart product we have installed for him.

This pad has just enough supportive squish and thickness to help with 1/32 inch variations in subfloor, by my estimation.

It's comparable in function and probably insulative break to a quarter inch roll of natural cork. The two foot by 3 ft pieces fit together well, I taped some of the seams to aid in installation. Cutting with a razor knife or heavy duty scissors is very easy. I think this underlayment really facilitated the use of the warmly yours radiant heat mat on top. I appreciate that it provides a thermal break between the wires and the subfloor, and help radiate the heat upwards through the finished floor.

This is a great product and customer service is was good to deal with.

I used these for two shower seats. Turnes out they are easy to install prior to tile and work well.

We're very happy with the towel warmer.

Sturdy, well-made, beautiful finish. Nice even heat, good instructions.

Thank you for your great service.

I installed the new thermostat and it’s working perfect. I am so impressed with your company. Someone actually answered the phone when I called. No AI BS. They were very helpful and I could understand them. Your company has obviously not out sourced everything overseas.

Ordered two warmers.

Great workmanship, installed easily. We love having a warm towel and a cozy bathroom.
