They offer excellent customer service. They say “any time” customer service, but they don’t have live people just waiting for your phone call, but in a matter of minutes, they will get back to you with an answer. The online chat was very helpful. Everything was just as described and the mesh heating mat was easy to install. The instructions were clear and the online videos were very helpful. Great customer service

My floors are so delightful.

I love warm floors!!!

I recently replaced a failed floor heating thermostat with the nHance programmable thermostat.

Very easy to install and worked great on and after the initial power up. In service, the control is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Love it.

We install this system often via our remodeling company and installation and function has always been on-par with expectations.

No failures or faulty systems to date, easy to install and work around all the items in a bathroom. Will continue to purchase this mat system going forward
