After many discussions with my Canadian Rep Pauline, who was very helpful in helping me find the right product, my heating rolls arrived within the week.

My Environ Flex Roll was so easy to intall with all the website videos and the amazing Tech support. I originally thought I could install on a ceramic tile floor and then I read the instructions!! I phoned tech support and they actually answered my question! No COVID waiting and waiting and waiting, no "due to the high call volume...", they answerd the phone after three rings...and they had the answer to my question and it was Saturday!!! I am very impressed and highly reccomend the product and the service that comes with it.

I was very hesitant at first to use this system because of past problems with other electric floor heat systems.

But my sales rep Mary was exceptionally helpful and accessible by phone and email. She guided me and answered all my questions efficiently. She also helped me redesign the wiring layout quickly and effectively due to some changes in our layout. I'm very happy with this system and will definitely use the WarmlyYours Floor system again on my next project.

WarmlyYours provided the level of expertise, service and support that's expected, but rarely achieved in today's online environment.

This product is incredible. We installed the heat mat a under a tile floor and the cold, chilly room was instantly transformed. Everything worked as advertised and expected. Jenn was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything about the process (including the rapid order and delivery) was 'perfect'! I strongly recommend WarmlyYours! We will order more for other rooms.

I was browsing product as I had wire but wasn't sure if I had everything, I received a call from Troy asking me if I needed some help.

I was amazed that he called, i needed help but was afraid to speak with a rep in case they wanted to upsell me. My cable was too long, he offered me a huge discount seeing as I had purchased the wrong size ( from Costco not direct) . I ordered and picked it up the next day, i have never had a vendor call me to see if everything was OK and then provide a discount for something that I messed up. I have installed WarmlyYours in 3 of my rooms, cant see me switching to another vendor..

We love our WarmlyYours heated bathroom floors.

We put them in 2 baths when we built and wish all our bathrooms had them. We always recommend them to any friends building or remodeling.

Replacement for original thermostat (8 yrs) and it’s got a better interface obviously with touch screen.

Certainly simpler configuration with its wizard setup. I like the capability to make one off adjustments in 2 touches. Screen saver is nice but just a bit more selection of what displayed in the screen saver would make just that much better.

Three months after ordering the floor thermostat , an older room that we had floor bathroom's thermostat finally died.

Since we ordered the same brand, WarmlyYours, it was extremely easy as a non-electrician to follow directions and take one wire at a time off of the old and onto the new. Didn't get zapped. Turned the power on and programmed it. Works like a charm.

The whole process was great start to finish.

The only reason I couldn’t give the fifth star was because when I called after hours tech support I didn’t get an answer. A tech did call (days later, after the install) but too late.

This was a replacement for a previous unit that was removed with the old countertop.

Best thing ever! Don't know how we lived without it!

Great experience from designing it to receiving the materials.

Installation wasn't all that difficult but some of the directions were a little confusing. Overall the floor is warm and wonderful!!
