The only reason I couldn’t give the fifth star was because when I called after hours tech support I didn’t get an answer. A tech did call (days later, after the install) but too late.

This was a replacement for a previous unit that was removed with the old countertop.
Best thing ever! Don't know how we lived without it!

They always reply to your email very fast and answer all your questions. They also provide you an installation plan with details. We install the product for the client and it’s working well.

Installation wasn't all that difficult but some of the directions were a little confusing. Overall the floor is warm and wonderful!!
