Customer Reviews

The product was very easy to install.

If there is one glitch it is the electrical connection inside the mat. While the mat is only 1/8 inch which I love the connection is double that. I am doing the tiling tomorrow so we see if it has any bearing on the tile install. I will definitely use this product again.

I work with Mary and she is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

On top of that the products are top of the line and easy to work with. The assistance they supply (which is hardly needed) is outstanding. I would highly recommend WarmlyYours product.

So happy with my purchase from WarmlyYours.

Their customer service was so quick to answer questions and help with anything I needed. I installed the heating cable system under a tile floor in my laundry room and it was so simple! Can’t wait to redo my bathroom and add heated floors there now!

Best product I have every bought for this type of system.

Our towel warmer and the timer have been a wonderful purchase.

Great customer service as well!

It took a couple of weeks to get an electrician out to install it correctly, but it took him only 30 minutes.

This was a replacement of an old thermostat that died. It works great. One comment- the time and date of the screen in sleep mode are way too tiny to read easily. How can you make the font larger on the screen, like the temperature reading?

Great product, great service.

Will definately purchase from WarmlyYours again.

My order was professionally received and the towel warmer arrived within four days.

It works wonderfully and we enjoy warm towels every morning.

WarmlyYours makes a great product with great customer support.

I uploaded a floor plan for our new bathroom, and within a day I received a customized installation layout which made it easy to do the installation myself. Having the heating element attached to the mesh minimizes the need to run individual cables.

Good installation instructions.

The full user manual must be downloaded, but it's a minor inconvenience.
