I like everything about the company and their products.

I really do mean everything. Ordering was easy, shipping of the products was timely, the products are of high quality, and instructions are thorough and easy to understand. Everything works! The floor is warm and my wife loves it! The Account Manager, Jennifer, is excellent!

I had this product installed in my recently renovated bathroom and it’s perfection.

A warm floor on a cold day is a real treat, and the whole room is cozy. It’s a small bathroom so the cost was a fraction of the whole project. I don’t notice any increase in my electric bill, but if I did it would be worth it to me since I’m not using the gas-fired (fossil fuel) boiler for that room. Speaking of which, removing the radiator gave me more floor space for a wider vanity. If your vanity is on legs, a tip I have for you is to extend the system about an inch or two under the vanity to keep your toes warm. This is my first heated floor, but when it comes time to replace any other floors of my home, I will definitely install this system. The company was so easy to work with, and Pauline has all the answers you want, including what you don’t know you need. This was also the first time my contractor installed this system, and he had no issues at all after watching the installation video and once he realized he had to set the control to heat “tile” flooring. Be aware that you’ll need to install a dedicated electrical line to the controller. The controller is programmable so that you can set the operational time and the temperature of the heating elements. It’s already cold in NY so I just keep mine on most of the day since I’m working from home. Another plus for me is that this is a woman-owned business. There’s no downside to working with WarmlyYours.

I purchased TempZone™ Flex Roll 120V 1.5′ x 70′, 105 sq.ft., 13.2A, TRT120-1.5x70.

I installed on top of CeraZorb which was installed on top of concrete slab. The instructions were easy to follow and the installation went very smooth. I would give 5 stars except the tape would not stay stuck into the CeraZorb and I had to use hot glue to keep the roll down. I also purchased the nSpire Touch: Touch Thermostat Programmable, which I love. The touch screen makes it so easy to program.

Product worked as expected and the customer service is fantastic.

I just needed the cable but they called me to confirm that I was not missing any items for my project.

I live in the Northern part of the country where winter is cold. Our ceramic floors would be too cold with out them being warm by the wonderful products I get from WarmlyYours floors.

We recently purchased and installed a WarmlyYours snow melting cable and snow sensor controller for less than $1000.

The installation instructions included with the cable were easy to follow and it took us about a week to get it installed. Now we're just waiting for snowy weather to test our snow melting system.

Upgrading to the nSpire Touch Programmable Thermostat was so easy!

Upon purchase, customer service reached out to see if they could assist in any way with the install. The video instructions were simple to follow. During set up, when I had a question, I had customer service on the line within 15 seconds!!!.... And, they stayed with me until the programming was complete. This model is so much easier to program and use than the older model. Well worth it the upgrade and truly, the best customer service I have every experienced!

Excellent experience.

The sales and technical support was excellent and both took care of every question I had. The only negative I had was on the circuit check device. One of the terminals on the circuit check was bad. A screw on the factory side of the terminal strip was cross threaded and the factory wire was making intermittent contact which gave false alarms. Once I found it, a simple jumper fixed it. One technical comment. When you do a cut and flip per the instructions, the runs match nicely but so do the heater end loops. They align loop to loop between the passes. This however, is contrary to the instructions noting the heater end loops should be offset between passes. Had take some of the heater wire off the mesh to get the space needed for the end loops to be offset. Again, not a big deal but the instructions could be clearer. Overall very pleased, and strongly recommended WarmlyYours to a friend and will use again if I do the other bathroom floor. Thanks for the help. Jim

The ordered 21' was actually only 20'. Furthermore, due to the complex freeform layout the overall length should have been 22", so we had to work with what we had, which iy heats alright. Thanks for your support.
