Rarely do you have a product last 13 years with out a problem amd then contact the same manufacturer amd receive hassle free customer care.
Thanks for the discount on a replacement, this goes along way with me and will continue to provide excellent service. I’ll be back for my next purchase!

I have two floor thermostats installed -- and has a question with one and a product defect issue with the other.
In both cases, the phone as answered right away by someone fully knowledgeable about the product. With the defective one, they rushed out a replacement right away, not expecting us to ship the defective one back first. They also provided a UPS return label for the defective one. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service I rate with five stars.
