During the ordering process I was contacted multiple times to make sure the product I was getting was exactly what I needed.
The switch cover came damaged as it appeared to be put on a little too tightly and it cracked. The staff were more than happy to send me a replacement. I purchased these in the winter to have on hand for spring when they will be installed so I can’t speak to how well they work at this time. I’d definitely order from them again though just based on the customer service I’ve received.

Recently had to replace my my floor warmer thermostat.
I contacted WarmlyYours to order a new one. My encounter withe the staff was the best I have ever had dealing with a warranty. Replaces my thermostat with a newer model with a discount. I love both the look AND the feel of my porcelain tile floors thanks to this product.
My contractor had no issue installing the WarmlyYours floor heating system (he recommended it to us) and it has worked exactly as promised. The programmable thermostat is simple to operate and allows me take advantage of the energy savings by turning the floor down when not in use. I can always override if I want the floor a little warmer for when I exit the shower. This was out second bathroom renovation and we now have WarmlyYours installed in both bathrooms. I would not hesitate to purchase this product again and will do so if any other opportunities present.
