I called and spoke to a salesperson who suggested the model that would replace my old thermostat.

I offered to drive out to the office, but was told that they can drop it in the mail before closing. It arrived at my home the following day. I had it installed and it worked perfectly. In addition, it is a much nicer looking device than the one it replaced. I even got a follow up call to make sure everything was satisfactory. The customer service and the product were both outstanding.

Everything works great! My only suggestion would be to flatten the connection and insulation materials at the heating element/cold lead, as this creates a hump and requires a much thicker bed of thin set under the heated floor. My floor had thickness requirements for a door opening radius and drainage.

I am an Electrical Contractor so I understand when someone is trying to BS me when it comes to electrical application. so after talking with many of the competitive floor heat manufacturers and suppliers I found myself over whelmed and Frustrated. I had sales people lying to me to sell their product. I was a little skeptical about putting electric floor heating in, especially when it said that it is not to be the main heating.

I had a WarmlyYours towel warmer in my previous home, and it performed extremely well.

When I purchased my new home, I ordered two - one for my bathroom, along with one for my guest bathroom. Both are working great. Dealing with the WarmlyYours team was a pleasure - would definitely recommend their products and company.

During the ordering process I was contacted multiple times to make sure the product I was getting was exactly what I needed.

The switch cover came damaged as it appeared to be put on a little too tightly and it cracked. The staff were more than happy to send me a replacement. I purchased these in the winter to have on hand for spring when they will be installed so I can’t speak to how well they work at this time. I’d definitely order from them again though just based on the customer service I’ve received.

Accessing our floor heater settings via an iPhone is nice, but not necessarily needed.

However, having access to the kWh usage is invaluable. Just making a small change in temperature and heating time intervals has significantly reduced our electrical usage for heating our floors. Once you've experienced heated tile flooring it's hard to go back to cold floors.

Excellent product and very good customer service, including personal calls after delivery of the product to insure everything is in order.
