From using their website, to initial over the phone sales enquires, to shipping times, the product itself, clarity of blueprints and written install instructions, ease of installation, right down to being able to speak with a tech for that added install assistance and peace of mind, THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!

This is a model company in how the customer experience should be! Some of the larger corporate giants certainly could take a lesson from WarmlyYours. I typically never engage in giving customer reviews. I simply believe that they should do their job, and I'll do mine. No one sends me a pat on the back and flowers because I have done a good job of paying for goods/services, so don't expect me to send adulations just because you did as you were expected to. HOWEVER, WarmlyYours has so exceeded my expectations, right across the board, that I just absolutely had to respond to them with this review. Many thanks for an overall exceptional shopping and installation experience!

I have been using your product for years with no problems.This time I had a different type of installation with these TC-Strip- PC cable fixing.

This is not a very good type of fastener. Does not hold the cable very well and when fastening to the floor it does not hold down well

Received the replacement thermostat quickly and got it installed.

Same footprint as the one from over 10 years ago. installation went smoothly. Floor has never missed a beat since then.

I bought a new thermostat for my heated floor system.

They helped me find the right thermostat and it was on sale.

I am on my second floor heating system with WarmlyYours as the provider under my contractor's recommendations.

Best decision ever both times: Quick & friendly sales, service, and delivery; Nice choice of controllers with attractive displays easy to use. I can't live without my warm floors (really) and WarmlyYours is a great company.

Worth the extra money for the WiFi

My contractor and I both were thrilled with the ease of installation, light weight and R value.

We put it under tile. First glued it to plywood with special product then placed thinnest, then put a NuHeat floor mat over, then more thinnest and tile on top. Next week we will install over cement floor with NuHeat mat and engineered wood on top.

Our towel rack fell off the wall.

My wife wanted a heated one. These had better reviews than others. It arrived quickly, my electrician had it installed in an hour and modified the light switch to turn it on and off. Works well and we are very pleased.

The bathroom floor is wonderfully warm.

The floor was easy to install and works well.

We had lots of questions and they were answered quickly and fully. The only problem we had was with ordering the mats. The size we were quoted on wasn't available when we ordered within a short time frame and we had to redo our design.

We had to return the first warmer we bought due to some manufacture defect.
