My wife and I will be moved in the house we noticed an old model of this floor heater wasn’t working.

It was easy to install this new unit and every morning we go in and it’s 38° out it’s nice to have a floor that’s 80° on your cold feet! It’s really a cool unit to have!

Should have sent this much sooner.

The old thermostat went out on a Wednesday morning.

I went online and found the item and its website. I called, spoke with a very knowledgeable person, ordered the unit. It was in my hands the next day. There were questions about how to replace the unit myself. Those questions were answered completely with reference to the website for any simple questions. There was a followup call from WarmlyYours about how it went. They even programmed the unit the exact same way the old unit was. It was perhaps the most perfect purchase I have ever made. It has worked flawlessly. Thanks.

I needed something for limited space behind a door in a bathroom prone to mold and clammy towels.

This definitely takes care of those issues. As mentioned in the 2010 review, the switch needs improving. I have only one outlet, so the towel warmer was installed upside-down (as compared to the website photos)—that puts the switch within easy reach (it would have been very frustrating to have the unpredictable switch down near the floor). Also, the cord on my unit is very tightly coiled (see my photo). The instructions say to unplug the unit when not in use—the coiled cord makes that awkward. But I am happy to have a dry towel and a towel warmer that takes up very little space and swivels out of the way.

My customer, who has a shore home in Brigantine Nj had a problem with the first floor being cold for there was a craw space , insulated well but the floor was always cold.

We removed the fabulous existing hard wood floor, installed 1/4" Hardi Backer board, WarmlyYours floor heat and new porcelain tile that looked like weathered wood . After completion the first floor was nice and warm. In fact , the heat dissipated to the second floor and the existing heater never kicked on all weekend. It was 24 degrees out and windy. Home owner is so happy and warm.

I ordered this product and quickly received shipment of not one but

I bought this thermostat because it was the only one I could find where I could program in my pre-existing non-standard 5k ohm floor sensor resistance.

The price was 3x that of a good and capable Honeywell unit, but I needed one to work with my sensor. Installation was somewhat difficult as it is designed to have the stiff solid copper wires from the house attached directly to the thermostat. Other brands have flexible twisted wire leads attached to the T-stat that are then "wire nutted" to the house leads. As the module on the back of the Tstat is nearly as tall as the opening in the electric box, wires could not be inserted into the ends of the Tstat as I believe it was designed for. I had to take the snap-on cover off the back and run the leads to the terminals in the other direction. Cover could not then be reattached (not really an issue). Again, due to the size of the module I had to drill a hole for the sensor wire as the existing hole routed the senor wire over the metal edge of the electric box. In my case, my original Tstat was installed in a double wide box, so that was good. I don't think it would have been possible to install this Tstat in a single wide box. With all that behind me, the unit is working well and I am happy with it.

Easy installation and floor is toasty warm!!!

The thermostats that I ordered arrived on time.

I got support from the support group. Answered my questions and sent me a link to a video on installation. It was an easy DIY project once I watched the video. This was a much needed upgrade to my system.

About every 5 years or so, I have to replace the thermostat.

Before ordering a replacement, WarmlyYours responsibly wants to ensure the problem is with the thermostat, not the wiring in the floor. The technician first wanted an Ohm reading so we had to buy an Ohm meter. Then we couldn't understand the instructions on how to take a reading and ended up calling an electrician just to take a reading so we could buy a replacement thermostat. We wound up spending twice the cost of the thermostat when we could have just bought the thermostat and installed it ourselves. That said, I am very happy with my WarmlyYours heating. I just wish it wasn't so complicated to order a thermostat.

Easy to use - simply roll out, staple down, pour self leveler. Wait for tomorrow. This is a "required" upgrade to any stone tiled floor.

This is a model company in how the customer experience should be! Some of the larger corporate giants certainly could take a lesson from WarmlyYours. I typically never engage in giving customer reviews. I simply believe that they should do their job, and I'll do mine. No one sends me a pat on the back and flowers because I have done a good job of paying for goods/services, so don't expect me to send adulations just because you did as you were expected to. HOWEVER, WarmlyYours has so exceeded my expectations, right across the board, that I just absolutely had to respond to them with this review.
