When I renovated the first bathroom I installed a heated floor.

Loved it so much she wanted the second bathroom to have the heated floor. One day I will have it in mine!

My thermostat for my WarmlyYours flooring began malfunctioning after nearly 20 years of flawless performance.

The WarmYours support was incredible in helping me pinpoint the problem to the thermostat and assisting me in selecting the replacement thermostat. The new thermostat arrived in a timely manner and I was able to install in less than 1 hour. Happy to have my warm floors back!

Fast reply to questions. I ordered a thermostats directly from them at a great price compared to department stores. Will get my next thermostats from them directly. Ps I went with the wifi thermostat and love it. Thinking about changing my other one just because.

However, it was quite a task to get the faceplate on. Something that you should address. Ms Jennifer Melus, was very helpful when I had to order the control box and plate. It should have been included?

It was very easy to replace as my old wall unit died.

Dealing with Lyn was simple and she was very helpful. all and all a great experience and if my other in-floor wall unit stops working I know its no problem going forward.

We were extremely pleased with the recommendations and customer service from WarmlyYours when our older thermostats stopped functioning and needed replacement.

Scott and Mahdi provided great service and even follow-up (unheard of now days!) to make sure we were able to install the new thermostats and program them. It was one of the best purchase and customer service experiences we've had in a long time.

The installation was straight forward.

The instructions were to place the heat sensor 2" from the heating cables. However, we used the standard 3" configuration so it was only possible to achieve a 1.5" separation. I'm thinking this may be the reason we can't achieve a comfortable heat setting for the system. Will still try to modify the settings to get it to work properly.

This was easy to install and works great.

My floor is at a constant 77 degrees. The customer support was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly buy this again.

We are very pleased with the replacement thermostat that was recommended to fix our infloor heating problem.

Our guests enjoy the warm floor so it was important to properly fix our issue of thermostats that quit working after a short time. The online service was excellent.

This company is great bought a towel heater 5 years ago from Costco and but have not yet opened the box, my reno were postponed.

The box was missing a part and when i called their customer service they handle the situation quickly. THIS IS A WOW for me. great product and service. thanks
