When buying you first home, cost is always a concern.

Daniel was worried about the added cost of a heated floor because it seemed the realm of the wealthy. After explaining of how economical the equipment really is compared to the impact on resale value he was convinced to give it a try. He absolutely loves his floor and talks about it constantly. He now claims he will never do a bathroom floor without it.

The product was exactly what was required.

It took approximately 15 minutes to remove the old, test the system and cables and install the new.

My heated floor quit working and I missed it.

I contacted WarmlyYours chat function and was told the thermostat needed to be replaced if there was power and it was blank. I ordered the replacement thermostat at a discounted price and it arrived within a couple of days. Customer service was excellent in the ordering process and talking to the installing electrician to help with troubleshooting the heated floor. Mary G was especially helpful. She followed up after the thermostat arrived and also helped expediate the refund of an extra thermostat that I didn't need. WarmlyYours is one of the best companies for customer service and website support. The videos and webinars are very helpful.

Answered all my questions, offered several solutions, all worked out well.

I am sure there are other systems out there but none that are customized right down to the cut and corners and they supply a diagram to illustrate how to lay this out.

Well worth the reasonable investment

I spent a lot of time reviewing towel warmers and just decided to go with one from WarmlyYours.

Their products are well tested and you have great people studying behind them. Towel rack heats up quickly and warms two full towels very well.

I enjoy heated floors so much.

This is perfect in my small bathroom. Makes for warm feet in the middle of the night, early morning.

We splurged on this thermostat and haven't regretted it.

The screen is nicely lit and even provides a dim night light for the bathroom. Super easy to set up and very happy overall.

Only complaint was difficulty programming the unit. The previous one was also problematic to program
