Mary was fantastic at listening and helping me find the best solution to melt ice and snow on my exterior stairs.

I installed a WarmlyYours floor during a bathroom remodel.

It has absolutely ruined every other floor in my house. As soon as I step out of the comfort of my WarmlyYours heated floor in my bathroom, I am left with cold feet and overwhelming sense that I need to get heated floors for every square inch of my house. It is beyond me how I have gone so long without a heated floor. In all seriousness, this was a great product with even better support. The ordering process was simple and I really appreciated having a custom plan for my project. Looking forward to buying again and warming up the rest of my floors.

I used these cables to keep a slab next to a freezer from getting condensate on the surface.

The service i received was spot-on.

It was a technical follow-up from an installation from a few years prior that involved an array of multiple heat matts. With their help, we troubleshot and resolved our thermostat controller issue.

This company was outstanding to work with.

Dealt with any issues immediately and was a great product at a great price for our bathroom renovation.

I was never good at programming our original thermostat, so when it stopped working, I decided to go with a simple on or off thermostat.

I works fine and customer service for the order and installation was terrific.

The first warmer arrived damaged from shipping (poor packing).

It took a couple of emails and phone calls to convince WarmlyYour to send out an exchange towel warmer. The second one arrived in fine condition. Installation was straight forward. It works well. Works be 5 start, but the exchange process was not as smooth as it should have been.
