On February 23rd, 2010, I walked out to get the paper and fell on my icy stairs, resulting in a broken disc in my back. The pain was intense, and I underwent a long rehabilitation process. Thankfully, I am now fine and maintain my health by doing exercises every day.
Shortly after my injury, my husband John came across a story in the Tribune about WarmlyYours.
