You didn’t communicate with me that there would be a wait for a product you shipped the other product charged me a delivery fee which I had free shipping on the order I placed online and then after the fact when I sent an email asking can just decide to charge for shipping when you give someone an order says free shipping You told me about it didn’t apologize didn’t acknowledge anything.

I would’ve been quite happy waiting having the order shipped for free as indicated on my web order altogether at once.

Free standing towel warmer order and delivery was very expedient , product is well made and works well.

Wish they made a taller version of this towel warmer , bit short for longer towels. Also a programmable timer for the unit would be a very useful feature or the ability to control it via an external programmable timer .

Very happy with the ease of the website for figuring out which thermostat to purchase to replace our old thermostat controller.

. With the videos Warmlyyours has online, it was very easy to do it myself and the programming has been even easier.

Ordered this timer along with the Malta Towel Warmer, Polished, Hardwired, 11 Bars.

This works great and appreciate having the ability to program when to turn on/off our unit.

The unit arrived in excellent condition and was very well packed.

The unit works very well and looks great and we are enjoying the luxury of having warm towels after showering. Also bought the Hardwired Programmable Timer and this makes things so much easier as it comes on when we want and towels are nice and warm when we need them.

Called Customer service who helped me decide between two models, took my payment and arranged for pickup the next morning. Received incorrect advice from sales people--that 1/4" insulation would be sufficient over a slab.

It was not. Never warmed properly and then failed completely after a few months. Complete waste of time and money.

1st I purchased 2 of these Roma Towel warmers but after the bathrooms were tiled out they didn’t fit.

Though it was 3 months, or more, from the time of purchase I had no difficulties returning the product. I purchased the Infinity towel racks & they fit perfectly. Getting them installed properly was another issue & when parts went missing once again I had no problems getting replacements sent within a few days. I have one currently working. Still waiting on the electrician to finish the other.

From start to finish, Warmly Yours has some of THE BEST customer service and the products are fantastic.

I want to commend "Jeff" who assisted me on my chat on your website.

He was very, very helpful! We have a thermostat for a master bath floor heating system (installed by the builders and previous owners of our current home), that malfunctioned after a storm. It heated to over 100 degrees and would not shut off. Jeff walked me through everything (including turning off the thermostat and breakers) and advised that I buy a replacement thermostat and suggested the proper models. He may have saved us from damage to the system or even a possible house fire! It was support case TTK53771.
