This is an excelent product.

After many years our last thermostat failed. The replacement took only a few minutes to re-install. As for cuatomer serive, we have worked with Chris a few times. He was very patient and walked us through testing the heated floor to determine if the floor or thermostat was the issue. It was the thermostat and we received the replacement at half price in 2 days. This was crucial as we were entering winter.

I had used Warmly Yours on my basemtb floors with the custom matt many years ago.

Placing an order to guidance on installation was very stress free. Now i have a small issue its not working and their customer service team are right there to help solve this problem after all these years. Anatolly has kept me posted and has been on standby when im ready to diagnose this issue. Workkng with companies like this is hard to find these days. Thank you for your great customer service team. My floor thermostat died 6 months ago.

Ordered one from you. Between work and travel I finally installed it today. It is fantastic! WIFI connected, easy to program. Perfect

I wish I had read ths review before ordering.

I had high hopes that this would warm up a corner of my (small) living room. The glass coffee table 3 feet away is still cold to the touch. I was wondering if it was even working or putting out less heat than advertised? I have a towel rack from Warmly Yours that I'm very happy with. But this is just an overpriced panel that only heats up the 5 inches in front of it. Kind of feeling that they should not even be selling this. Disappointed.

We needed an existing towel warmer replaced.

It turned out to be a discontinued model but Warmly Yours was able to provide a refurbished model at a good discount. They were a pleasure to work with.

Radiant heat in a bathroom is luxurious.

A towel warmer is luxurious. I couldn’t live without these two since having them. It feels like I’m in a spa every day. Warmly Hours can make this happen.

Jeff Burnett helped me with some diagnostics which I had my electrician perform so we could be sure to have qualified input for their analysis. As it turned out, the sensor unit was faulty as expected. Warmly Yours provided a prompt replacement which arrived via priority courier delivery. Full credit was offered upon return and receipt of the old unit. The extra bonus was that the original unit was just out of warranty. Due to the limited seasonal use of the system I was granted a replacement at no charge upon the receipt of the faulty sensor. Jennifer Stasica handled the return for me. That is still pending recipt of the unit which I sent out the next after installing the repolacement. Great Service and a top notch group of folks!

Best home improvement I’ve ever installed.

Original purchase was around 2000-01 to hear a three season porch. That system continues to perform perfectly. Installed another floor system in my second house and it serves as the primary heating source in a 125 year old farmhouse bathroom. Your products are the best.

I needed a replacement thermostat for an underfloor mat heating system in a bathroom.

It took one phone call, and a couple of days and the replacement was delivered. Very nice people to consult and patient with my non-technical description of what was needed. I'm sorry I cannot remember the person I dealt with because it has been several years. Just remember it being a very satisfying experience.

We have another project in the future, but will have to shop locally because we are now on tighter budget constraints.

We installed a Warmly Yours heating system in the floor of our bathroom in about 1992.

When we converted attic space to living space in 2019 and added a bathroom we again chose Warmly Yours. For each installation we provided floor plans for the room and the fixtures. The materials supplied by Warmly Yours were excellent. The materials exactly matched the blueprints and fit perfectly. We are dedicated DIYers and found that the instructions were easy to follow. Both installations continue to function as intended and really add a touch of luxury to our lives.
