Sent an email to Customer service for a recommendation to replace a thermostat for my in floor heat. They responded very quickly with the new model that would work with my system this was installed 15 plus years ago. They even gave me a discount for being a returning customer.

Process smooth, phone call customer service said existing WarmlyYours thermostat shot, 15 years old. Oddly, other two working fine ytd. Issue: I do not recall being informed replacement non programmable. One would figure like for like replacement.
Easy to order, and so much support
I had never installed a heated floor before, but the huge amount of information and videos available made me confident to try it in a 340 s.f. area. I installed the system embedded in self-leveling concrete. After laying the loose-lay vinyl planks over it, the rooms look and feel wonderful. If you take the time to read and follow the instructions, it will be a rewarding experience.

It works just as expected
I have two small, unheated bathrooms. The panels I installed are working perfectly to heat the spaces well enough to dry the showers and towels. That whole end of the house is more comfortable now that the central heat is not being sucked out through the unheated spaces. I find the towel bars work well to dry clothing as well as towels.
