Once i got the unit installed correctly, it works great. I did have issues however. I had to return the first unit as I could not get the front face plate off. The return process was prompt and professional, and the new unit came quicker than expected. Once I got the replacement, it did take me a couple tries to wire it correctly, but once I did get it installed we are very happy. Watch the installation videos!!! If you follow the instructions, you will have no problems.

I ordered a replacement thermostat and it arrived damaged. I called sales staff back and they sent me a new one next day! I installed the new one in 30 minutes and it works great. Outstanding knowledgeable staff and great service.

Quality Product
This is a quality product and far superior to the crap you can get at the local big box hardware store. It is packaged well, unravels nicely, and does not get tangled. My only complaint was certain lengths I needed were not in stock.

I was slow to decide on a company to help me with my metal roof deicing project. I had a budget I needed to stay under. I wanted to do the work myself including the Electrical (my Dad is an electrician retired but would help). I decided on WarmlyYours because they had the best help video's, and staff to help plan and install my project. I didn't think I would get it up and running this year because of my late start. A slow start to winter let me get one leg of a two leg plan done up and running. Now we finally have snow and my one leg works great. This spring laying out the other leg will be easy (and warmer) this spring.
Good product for the price
Other than some miscommunication on individual heat cable rolls versus pre-fabricated mats with cables already attached, the installation went pretty well. the control box I ordered was also backordered so needed to go with a more expensive model.
Replacement
I replaced my thermostat and it works much better. I hope these thermostats last longer. I am not sure what is their life. Thanks for the help.

I purchased a radiant floor heating system from your company in November. I wanted to reach out to let you know how impressed I was with Pedro Banuelos. My wife and I are real estate investors and this is our 3rd home. It's a duplex that we've been renovating for 18 months so we've dealt with a lot of vendors. I've also served on two HOA boards so have had my fair share of interactions with vendors from those experiences as well. Pedro's customer service stood out from every company we've dealt with. From the moment I engaged with him he was professional, listened, and was extremely knowledgeable about the product line. I was also impressed by his demeanor. He was by no means pushy and truly came across as wanting to be helpful. I definitely appreciate that being in software sales myself, it's not an easy line to walk and he did a great job. I’ve been working with Mary for a number of years. She’s been nothing but helpful patient and caring. As for the product I’ve never had a problem installed many thousands of square feet and will continue using it in the future.

Very nice system that warms the floor and has features for time-of-day heat settings. Very happy.
Great for our needs
It fit perfectly in the narrow space we had. Wish is got a little hotter, but it dries our towels and isn't hot to the touch. We got a refurbished one for a very reasonable price, and it looks like new and works fine.
Good choice
The WarmlyYours ice melt I recently installed is working great. They clearly have a 5 star product. I have only two slight complaints: none of the contractors referred by WY ever bothered to call back, so I had to find electrician and concrete guy myself. The plastic cover on the Snow Switch should be hinged instead of fastened with screws.
