Heated bathroom floors
We love our WarmlyYours heated bathroom floors. We put them in 2 baths when we built and wish all our bathrooms had them. We always recommend them to any friends building or remodeling.

Simple replacement
Replacement for original thermostat (8 yrs) and it’s got a better interface obviously with touch screen. Certainly simpler configuration with its wizard setup. I like the capability to make one off adjustments in 2 touches. Screen saver is nice but just a bit more selection of what displayed in the screen saver would make just that much better.

The whole process was great start to finish. The only reason I couldn’t give the fifth star was because when I called after hours tech support I didn’t get an answer. A tech did call (days later, after the install) but too late.

Three months after ordering the floor thermostat , an older room that we had floor bathroom's thermostat finally died. Since we ordered the same brand, WarmlyYours, it was extremely easy as a non-electrician to follow directions and take one wire at a time off of the old and onto the new. Didn't get zapped. Turned the power on and programmed it. Works like a charm.

Great experience from designing it to receiving the materials. Installation wasn't all that difficult but some of the directions were a little confusing. Overall the floor is warm and wonderful!!

There are so many companies who do OK for customer service, but WarmlyYours goes above and beyond the traditional found today. Their products are great and customizable, warranty very honourable, shipping has many options for price and speed. Been my "go to" floor heating company for 4+ years

My experience has been fantastic. Questions answered promptly and thoroughly along the way. Ended up needing to process a return along the way (nothing wrong on WarmlyYours's end, just decided an accessory wasn't needed) and it couldn't have been more painless. Have had a single point of contact throughout which has made the entire experience fantastic. No issues of needing to pull up notes (and hoping they were recorded) from the last time I communicated with someone because it was always the same individual. Wish more companies treated customer service with this approach. As a residential contractor I will very likely be utilizing WarmlyYours for several future projects. They couldn't make the experience any more enjoyable. With regard to the products...very pleased. High quality construction and straightforward documentation made installation a breeze. I don't have any concerns of getting a call-back to the project because of sub-par equipment. I look forward to utilizing more of their products on future projects based on this experience.

They say “any time” customer service, but they don’t have live people just waiting for your phone call, but in a matter of minutes, they will get back to you with an answer. The online chat was very helpful. Everything was just as described and the mesh heating mat was easy to install. The instructions were clear and the online videos were very helpful.
