My wife and I really enjoyed the warm towel experience we had in many European countries while we traveled. This is not a normal accessory in an American bathroom but it really should be. We weren’t sure how good the over the counter options in America were and having never been owners of a towel warming rack we didn’t know what to expect or if we were even going to enjoy it long term. Our search for answers brought us to Warmly and their beautiful selection of racks. We opted for a hybrid plug in/hard wire version that is permanently wall mounted. The reality is we love having our towels dry with help from the warm rack. My wife loves the warm towel after her shower. After using the rack we’ve come into a routine where our towels get warmed before the shower ands dried after before we turn the rack off until the next shower. The unit is well constructed and was easily installed. Everything seems to be of high quality components and I expect years of reliable usage.

We love it; and love the customer service
When I went to install, I notice the wires were worn. No issues contacting customer service. I really appreciate being able to talk to a human and not AI. After sending them pictures, they sent me a new unit asap. The installation worked well and the unit works great. I did not want to leave unit on the whole time, so I purchased a timer switch with a 4 hour and 2 hour delay off of Amazon. This towel warmer works great!!!!

Not a Luxury But a Necessity
Love, love, love my towel dryer. (Bought 2 but only one installed so far.) I had one at my previous house but the buyers insisted I leave it and I wasn’t happy. Looked at over the Internet to find one like it and WarmlyYours came closest. Do yourself a favor and get one of their towel dryers.

Love the option of hardwire or plug in. I was able to test it before installing it. The product is working as expected with a timer I purchased from Home Depot. It doesn’t get burning hot either so not too worried about kids touching it. We also use it to dry damp clothes. One minor issue we found was that the unit was not perfectly squared. I noticed it right away as it came out. A little friendly persuasiveness was enough to fix it. Shipping was prompt and delivery was timely. Communication from WarmlyYours was amazing.

I purchased the Infinity towel warmer while it was on sale for 50%, what a super deal! Don't let the discount fool you, this is a high quality towel warmer made of all metal parts. Warms up very quick and has plenty of cross bars to warm and dry your towel or warm up a sweatshirt on a cold day. My home power meter shows it uses around 150 watts, which is reasonable for the warmth it puts out. I put ours on an overnight timer to save money since it only needs to run 8 hours or less to dry a damp towel. It was very easy to install with sturdy wall anchors and fasteners. Everything you need comes in the kit so no running to the hardware store. If I had one criticism it's difficult to install the set screws with the small allen wrench because of how close they are to the wall. With the wrench being an L shape it keeps hitting the wall as you screw it in. With a little bit a patience and time it worked out but a straight little hex screwdriver would be better.If you are looking for a great quality warmer at a super price, you can't pass this by.

We bought this unit to replace an old towel warmer that had worn out over time. We got it with the timer switch and had it installed in our home by a professional electrician. The towel warmer works very well and heats up our towels from 7:00am, turning off at 11:00am, and has a variety of different times that you can set it for, as well as a handy override for when you want to warm your towels at a different time.
