Nice, but…
I needed something for limited space behind a door in a bathroom prone to mold and clammy towels. This definitely takes care of those issues. As mentioned in the 2010 review, the switch needs improving. I have only one outlet, so the towel warmer was installed upside-down (as compared to the website photos)—that puts the switch within easy reach (it would have been very frustrating to have the unpredictable switch down near the floor). Also, the cord on my unit is very tightly coiled (see my photo). The instructions say to unplug the unit when not in use—the coiled cord makes that awkward. But I am happy to have a dry towel and a towel warmer that takes up very little space and swivels out of the way.

We are taking your suggestion, and editing our Installation Manual for this product to eliminate the mention of unplugging the unit when not in use. Our towel rack fell off the wall. My wife wanted a heated one. These had better reviews than others. It arrived quickly, my electrician had it installed in an hour and modified the light switch to turn it on and off. Works well and we are very pleased.

The towel warmer seems to be well made. We had originally ordered a Metropolitan and only found out later that it had a low IP rating which made it unsafe to mount in the only space we had. It would also be useful to provide a template to ensure that mounting hardware is installed correctly.

My girlfriend didn’t understand why I wanted this when we did our bathroom over - “What’s wrong with the towels as they are???” ...now after a few months she’s hanging her towel, bathrobe and unmentionables on it. She’s a much happier person in the mornings when she puts on warm underwear and that’s the reason I bought it.

After lots of looking, landed on this one and it's perfect. Looks great, easy to mount (mostly) and works very well. some tips: - watch hanging it so you're near the outlet but watch for the studs - when you get it, go to the web site for instructions - I HIGHLY recommend the wifi enabled one so you can easily set timers

We love our new towel warmer! It is wonderful to have toasty warm towels after the shower, and it is great to not have damp towels lingering. I would recommend this to anyone.

Underwhelmed by the Warmly Yours Towel Warmer
My husband convinced me to put a towel warmer in our master bath, thinking that our towels would be nice and warm when we left the shower. However, the towels barely get room temp. The warmer itself gets warm but the towels barely change temp. We have even set it on the timer. Would not recommend this product.

In addition to the steps you tried, try folding the towel over or unfold it to experiment, also try a thicker towel (it traps more heat, resulting in higher surface temperatures), a different fabric (cotton vs. blends), leave the towel warmer on longer before the shower (thicker towel plus longer heating time), or place a second towel on the warmer to trap more heat. Also towel cools off too fast after it's taken off of the rail.”

Fairly easy to install , bars heat to approximately 140 f but are space too far apart to heat towel uniformly . To get desired results you need to switch on at least 30 min. before shower .

It works well and it fits our small space. The design part with the brackets could use some redesign. It was tricky to install and hold in place at the same time. Once installed it works well. It is nice to have warm, dry towels.

I had a WarmlyYours towel warmer in my previous home, and it performed extremely well. When I purchased my new home, I ordered two - one for my bathroom, along with one for my guest bathroom. Very good towel warmer
This towel warmer was the prefect size for our space. It does a great job warming towels with enough lead time. Wish it came in brushed finish rather than polished. Also it came with the wrong wall mounts. Customer service was very cooperative in replacing with the correct parts at no charge.
