Thank you...working perfectly!

Everything has gone real well so far.

Installation went good and initial start-up went without a hitch. The instructions were very thorough making installation easy. The cable checking throughout installation gave me piece of mind there are no problems under tile. Haven't needed to use yet but that will change in the next month or two.

Very impressed with the insulation value of these tiles especially for being only 5 mm thick.

We replaced the thermostat and got our heated floor system going again.

It was very easy to change and to program. We love our heated floor and can't believe we did without it for a while. The whole basement feels very nice and our dog is really happy! Thank you WarmlyYours for your excellent customer service and product choices!

Because of a change in flooring that was not rated for 'under floor heating' the above thermostat was not used.

The previous purchase of controller and under floor heating gets a 6.

I was disappointed with the gentleman sent out to measure the floor.

I showed him the floor plan and reinforced it by showing him where cabinets would be installed (no heating to be placed underneath). I was able to cut the material and use the mating to cover areas which I didn’t need heating. I found the material easy to install and lay tile over it. I set the temperature and turned it on. It warmed the floor quite well. I am looking forward to using it this winter.

I haven’t tried to program the thermostat yet.

I have just set the temperature and turned it on and off. I like the informational features, I do find them informative.

I like the 18" wide mat better for installing.

Made several calls trying to troubleshoot old unit and everyone was helpful.

I installed new unit sent to me and all is well. Thank you.

The cable is very durable I would rate it a 5.
