I submit a room drawing and within hours I have a quote and a drawing on how to lay the radiant heat out. If I decide to order the product it hits my door by the next business day. The products do everything they say they do...nice toasty warm tiled floors.

Easily programmable and allows for many settings including vacation days or times of the day that the system is off. Has been operating continuously for about 60 days now without any issues. We did have a GFI incident but was easily resolved by flipping off the breaker to the unit and resetting.

I am now a fan of radiant flooring. We used this for a room on the bottom floor of our 3 story town-home which used to be 10 degrees or so colder then the upper levels. This product is a great energy efficient way to keep a room at the desired temperature. Fairly easy to install and setup. Installation videos were helpful.

The sheets were just the right size for DIY.

In hindsight, because the floor mats had the flat cable assembly, I could have safely gone with the Cerazorb instead. (increased R-value). Anyway, the cork provides a nice stable base for the mats and the hardwood floating floor.

I've used WarmlyYours floor heating systems on at least 8 projects. I've used both the mats and the coiled wire. The product is great as is the value. Customer service is exceptional. The same holds true for technical support. As is the case with most projects, things don't always go as planned. When I have a problem, whether it's the vendors product or I am at fault, there is nothing more important than receiving prompt and qualified customer support to resolve the issue. I'm talking about the kind of customer support with no finger-pointing, kind of customer support that's geared to fix the problem. That's what I have received from WarmlyYours. Specifically I had to go out Chad Baker. He's been responsive in every respect!

We are very pleased with the Studio Towel Warmer we purchased but I find that the towels do not fit on the rack...too narrow...and the towels are not as warm as I thought they should be.

The diagram is easy to understand and makes for a fast, smooth installation. No guess work to making the mat come out right on the floor. I have used this brand for a long time and will continue to in the future.

Great product, would highly recommend if you are putting a heated floor over a concrete basement floor.

They are pricey though if you need a lot.
