Great diagnosis by WarmlyYours Technical folks. Offered us several options and + and - for each. Order processed that day. While we are still in the completion stage of our build and have not yet hooked up the thermostats, we are very pleased with the product, service and support from WarmlyYours.
Troy was great during the selling stage; the installation instructions are clear and accurate; the flex mat was easy to install under floor tiles. We are looking forward activating the 3 bathroom floor heating systems. If the product works as well as anticipated we will be happy indeed. PS move in day is planned for end of November so systems should be operational soon. Thanks

It's more complex to install the box and wire of the control than the mat.
The product is outstanding, my customers love their heated floors.
I've had only 1 problem, a 10 year old thermostat failed. I called Chad, we had a replacement in a day or 2. that should last at least another 10 years
