Earlier this year (May 2020) I was examining our guest bathroom to fix some small items.

One was the WarmlyYours Towel Warmer which was over a decade since its installation. I discovered that the timer was not responding as it should and I searched the Internet for the manufacturer. WarmlyYours came up in the search and a call was placed to its representative, Benjamin, who diagnosed the problem over the phone and immediately sent out a replacement timer that same day. The timer was installed the first week of June 2020 and the WarmlyYours Towel Warmer - now well over a decade old - works brilliantly ever since. Hats off to this Great Company and its Great Support that it provides its Customers. How many other Manufacturers would have responded so well and so quickly in this time of Quarantine and Limited Access. WarmlyYours is certainly one of them and their efforts are certainly worthy of tremendous applause.

In these times it is rare that a company actually does what they say they will do.

WarmlyYours is such a company. All my questions and layout changes were addressed in a prompt and timely manner. The order process was easy and the product arrived as was promised. Installation was very basic and only required help to install the isolated circuit. System is powered-up and functioning. I would recommend this company and plan to use their products on phase 2 renovation.

The sales and technical support was excellent and both took care of every question I had. The only negative I had was on the circuit check device. One of the terminals on the circuit check was bad. A screw on the factory side of the terminal strip was cross threaded and the factory wire was making intermittent contact which gave false alarms. Once I found it, a simple jumper fixed it. One technical comment. When you do a cut and flip per the instructions, the runs match nicely but so do the heater end loops. They align loop to loop between the passes. This however, is contrary to the instructions noting the heater end loops should be offset between passes. Had take some of the heater wire off the mesh to get the space needed for the end loops to be offset. Again, not a big deal but the instructions could be clearer. Overall very pleased, and strongly recommended WarmlyYours to a friend and will use again if I do the other bathroom floor. Thanks for the help. Jim

We have been using "WarmlyYours" floor warmers for a few years now and these folks know what they are doing.

Plans are always spot on and easy instructions are always included as well. Could not think of using anyone else for our floor warmers.

The towel warmer seems to be well made.

We had originally ordered a Metropolitan and only found out later that it had a low IP rating which made it unsafe to mount in the only space we had. It would also be useful to provide a template to ensure that mounting hardware is installed correctly.

Pedro was a great help - design turn around was quick and very detailed.

Having the WiFi version makes it very easy to adjust the floor temp before we arrive.
