I would first like to say that dealing with Lyn Davis the customer service rep was outstanding.

Not only did Lyn look after my request, I made some adjustments throughout and Lyn most graciously adjusted my requirements always with pleasant understanding. This is not the first time I have used this product, as the results the first time was as great as this past one. Great product with outstanding customer support results!

From start to finish a truly exceptional experience.

My initial request for information was handled by Jenn West, account manager. She patiently answered all my questions and then took the time to understand my renovation project. She designed a floor heat layout that covered all areas of my bathroom, while ensuring heating coils were safely clear of the wax ring of my toilet bowl. My subsequent calls and requests for minor adjustments were handled quickly and thoughtfully. I could not have asked for a better experience.

The floors are operating flawlessly and my boy and my wife's feet are nice and toasty in the morning.

Could not say enough about how easy this process is to provide a layout and for WarmlyYours to send you the exact amount of material you need for your installation to be complete. We love the thermostat provided with the set up and the ability to schedule different temperatures at different times in the day. Stop looking elsewhere, this is your one stop shop for electric in-floor heating. And yes I am true customer, not some paid troll or robot. Enjoy!

Overall great experience.

This is my third WarmlyYours installation (just a homeowner, not a pro) and the only blip was an apparently random change in the location of the controller made during a design change. Troy sent a correction immediately after I contacted him and everything went together fine. Haven't turned it on yet (still need to grout tiles) but I can tell from experience we're going to love it.

At first, I installed heated floors as a luxury to make my home office floating floor more comfortable.

Our radiant heating was insufficient for the room, so we added the insulation under our existing floor with the heating elements. This was before knowing anything about COVID-19.With winter coming back, and confinement still active, I can’t express how happy I am to have proceeded. What seemed like a luxury now feels like amazing upgrade that provides me with a comfortable office.

I live in the Northern part of the country where winter is cold. Our ceramic floors would be too cold with out them being warm by the wonderful products I get from WarmlyYours floors.

Eng I like to know all the technical details, product availability, product manual availability and pricing before I will consider buying a product. All this information was easy to access online with the WarmlyYours products.

After a few weeks, I can't imagine being without it!

As a suggestion, having a hollow wall fastening option would be nice.

If I wait 35-45 minutes then the stone table gets less cold where the element is attached.

I was hoping there would be more of an effect.
