I had technical questions and was able to call in, speak to someone who knew the system and get the answer to have my self install the system. Would use WarmlyYours again!

WarmlyYours made a recommendation based on the room dimensions, subfloor and finished flooring.

It was spot on. Directions were straight forward. Materials were pretty easy to install. My room is on a slab and was always chilly in the winter. The room is now evenly comfortable.

We love our heated floors!

We put WarmlyYours in our downstairs bedroom and main bathroom. What a treat it is to put your bare feet on a warm floor in the middle of winter! The installation directions were pretty accurate, although the directions said to put only a few staples in and we found we had to put a ton of staples in otherwise the floor floated way easier than we expected. Other than that, we would definitely recommend WarmlyYours heated flooring products and we would use them again in future homes.

I reached out to WarmlYours for advice on installing radiant floor heat in our new master bathroom.

I sent them a picture of a sketch of my bathroom and they quickly sent back a layout and a quote. As a diy home owner, I was on the phone with them to discuss any questions I had during the install. They were always available. Now that it’s November in Oregon we are enjoying the warm tile floor in the bathroom. The people at WarmlYours were great to work with throughout the entire process.

I would first like to say that dealing with Lyn Davis the customer service rep was outstanding.

Not only did Lyn look after my request, I made some adjustments throughout and Lyn most graciously adjusted my requirements always with pleasant understanding. This is not the first time I have used this product, as the results the first time was as great as this past one. Great product with outstanding customer support results!

Now that it is colder and the system is in use all I can say is it is amazing!

We were able to get the right amount of electrical wire for the square footage of the room, the correct type of thermostat & confirm the overall voltage of the system to make sure we didn't overload the circuit which had a blower heater. They were also able to recommend underlayment for our slab in CO (brrr without insulation). Thank you for a great product.

From start to finish a truly exceptional experience.

My initial request for information was handled by Jenn West, account manager. She patiently answered all my questions and then took the time to understand my renovation project. She designed a floor heat layout that covered all areas of my bathroom, while ensuring heating coils were safely clear of the wax ring of my toilet bowl. My subsequent calls and requests for minor adjustments were handled quickly and thoughtfully. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Overall great experience.

This is my third WarmlyYours installation (just a homeowner, not a pro) and the only blip was an apparently random change in the location of the controller made during a design change. Troy sent a correction immediately after I contacted him and everything went together fine. Haven't turned it on yet (still need to grout tiles) but I can tell from experience we're going to love it.

We installed Flexrolls under a floating cork flooring in a basement on a concrete slab.

Working with the company to determine what we needed couldn't have been better and the product was exactly as promised and easy to install with the installation drawings the company provided. We love it.

The folks at WarmlyYours were great to deal with.

I gave them the floorplan of my bathroom and they helped me design the floor heating. We even went through several revisions. The bathroom floor heat is great. I also purchased a heated towel bar from them (one of those things you don't think you need.....trust me you do want one :) ). Special shout out to Benjamin Kane....he was great to work with.

At first, I installed heated floors as a luxury to make my home office floating floor more comfortable.

Our radiant heating was insufficient for the room, so we added the insulation under our existing floor with the heating elements. This was before knowing anything about COVID-19.With winter coming back, and confinement still active, I can’t express how happy I am to have proceeded. What seemed like a luxury now feels like amazing upgrade that provides me with a comfortable office.
