Installed WarmlyYours Enviro Easy Mat to cover almost entire floor area (leaving about 1 foot clearance from the wall).
The installation was very easy. Put cork on top of concrete slab, then the mat and then on top laminate 12mm planks. Had professional electrician install dedicated 240V feed from my panel. Went with Mysa wifi thermostat. This room is now the best room in the house. Very warm and I love sitting at my desk without shoes, very warm to the feet. I used it all month of december, setup 6am to 6pm 22C ambient and 6pm to 6am 18C ambient and according to Mysa app based on cost of electricity in BC it costed me only $18 for entire month. Incredible.
We are very happy with our replacement thermostat and the service that the company provided.
