We were putting the WarmlyYours electric heat system between a concrete slab and our engineered hardwood. We had lots of questions along the way and Troy was great support throughout. It is now installed and working great!

I remodeled one bedroom, lower level.

Installed hardwood floor and installed heating system from WarmlyYours . It works well, feels good when walking on a warm floor. It holds about 77 F. Good product .

Picked up at warehouse. Everything went perfectly. Few days later Troy called to ensure everything went well. Great customer service.

When the design called for a kit that did not appear in the drop down menu on Costco.ca, WY set up to sell and ship me the kit directly. When I later discovered that the uncoupling membrane had different spacing than the design, WY was able to redesign my layout and facilitated my exchange for a longer cable at their warehouse. Install went great. Instructions were very clear. I am now enjoying warm tile flooring in our renovated bathroom.

The WarmlyYours Staff was very easy to work with and helpful! The installation was fairly easy and it works beautifully! Love it!!! We have a heated floor on our main level of the house from another company. It was very expensive, and parts have stopped working. Our new WarmlyYours floor was installed by my husband and works great so far!!! Highly recommend.

The warm floor makes the master bath feel so inviting and warms the room from the bottom up, it sits along two outside walls with two 4' x 4' windows and used to be so chilly. I will recommend this company and their products to anyone wanting to feel a bit of luxury in their home.

I had to purchase a replacement for my floor thermostat.

I went online, placed and paid for my order. Simple. The next day, I received a call from a WarmlyYours representative stating that she noticed that I was already in their system. She said that since this was a replacement part, I was entitled to a 50% discount. How many companies would be that thoughtful? What an example of this company's character and the way they value their customers.
