This product is amazing.
We did not have the budget for a heated floor, but wanted something to lower our heat loss from a portion of our home that is on a slab. CeraZorb is impressive with what it accomplishes. A dramatic reduction in heat loss. We wish we installed it throughout the entire house..
Bought my current home 7 years ago with already installed heated marble bathroom floors and the thermostat appeared to go out....in winterš³š³š³.
Wasn't sure how to manage it as I'm separated from my husband and have been forced to manage things I had previously relagated as a "male" duty. When the device arrived I was unable to figure out how to get it installed....and called a helpline on a Sundayš¬š¬. And to my surprise, an actual person picked up the phone ā¤ļøā¤ļø. A technician called a day or two later to address my concerns, but I was on the road driving and unable to explain adequately the challenges I had faced attempting to install itš£š£. The technician forwarded me a video instruction guide and assured me that if this was insufficient to allow for successful installation, then he would gladly accept my phone call back. The video was EASY to understand and in under an hour the thermostat was successfully installed and I've been enjoying heated floors in January AGAIN....thank God!!! And thanks to WarmlyYours!
We had a ten year old controller that wasn't so easy to program.

The balance of floor heating was also WarmlyYours but was purchased from a local distributor (City Tile Nanaimo) THis was my 3rd WarmlyYours project and again I'm very satisfied and happy with not only the service provided but the end result. I've attached a couple of pics of the project and thanks again...Drew

So in 2003 I installed a mat in our basement bathroom.
This included the TH111-P-GFI controller. Recently the controller started acting up. After a few e-mails and tests it was determined that it definitely was the controller. I was totally surprised that after basically 20 years I was offered a new controller at 1/2 price! It arrived very quickly and was easy to hook up. We are back to having a nice warm floor!!

These network controls are simple for the homeowner to understand and work with.
I have never had a call back to reeducate an owner, reprogram or replace them. I use these on all of our projects.
