Exceptional product and customer service
Upgrading to the nSpire Touch Programmable Thermostat was so easy! Upon purchase, customer service reached out to see if they could assist in any way with the install. The video instructions were simple to follow. During set up, when I had a question, I had customer service on the line within 15 seconds!!!.... And, they stayed with me until the programming was complete. This model is so much easier to program and use than the older model. Well worth it the upgrade and truly, the best customer service I have every experienced!

Outstanding
In these times it is rare that a company actually does what they say they will do. WarmlyYours is such a company. All my questions and layout changes were addressed in a prompt and timely manner. The order process was easy and the product arrived as was promised. Installation was very basic and only required help to install the isolated circuit. System is powered-up and functioning. I would recommend this company and plan to use their products on phase 2 renovation.
Snow melting system
We recently purchased and installed a WarmlyYours snow melting cable and snow sensor controller for less than $1000. The installation instructions included with the cable were easy to follow and it took us about a week to get it installed. Now we're just waiting for snowy weather to test our snow melting system.

I have two floor thermostats installed -- and has a question with one and a product defect issue with the other. In both cases, the phone as answered right away by someone fully knowledgeable about the product. With the defective one, they rushed out a replacement right away, not expecting us to ship the defective one back first. They also provided a UPS return label for the defective one. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service I rate with five stars.
