Hello Pauline, sorry for delay. We are enjoying the new towel rail tremendously as the temperatures here have started to drop significantly. The towel rail takes the edge off that drop.

I replaced my programmable thermostat with with unit that is merely on/off. Where I live, the radiant floor heater is not used that often. It performs as expected.

It shoud be simpler to programme.
The thermostat is OK but it has too many controls. People like me do not want complications trying to figure out so many variations and wasting time. Just offer something more simple.

We bought and installed a heated floor system for our main bath, installation was easy with great instructions, our thermostat stopped working about 14 months later, customer support was great, they quickly sent a replacement, all is working great again!

Bought the Warmly Yours 4 hour timer to replace the original
Bought the WarmlyYours 4 hour timer to replace the original timer that came with the towel warmer... The original timer was so hard to use, and extremely hard to read with small buttons, etc. The WarmlyYours 4 hour timer works great, is easy to use and read, and was an simple installation - We love it!!!
