It took a while to write this review as we ordered it months before our new home was built. We wanted a towel warmer that fit within a relatively narrow wall space and would serve to both warm up our towels plus help dry them post-shower. I also particularly like the look of the hotel/shelf style. At less than 20" wide, the polished stainless-steel Summit model is a perfect fit and looks great - streamlined and contemporary (we opted for the hard-wire installation). This is a solid, high quality product; the finish is impeccable and the design is simple and elegant. The integrated power switch is is subtle and easy to use although the LED light is not really noticeable at all. It is roomy enough for two large bath towels (positive it could handle more though) and the top shelf is perfect for storing the floor mat. It is quick to heat up and does get very warm so does exactly what we hoped - cozy warm towel to dry off and quick to dispel post-shower dampness from the towels and mat. We are entirely happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend WarmlyYours.

The Towel warmer is very well made and installation was easy.
I got this for two primary use cases: dry the towels in between showers, provide a warm towel after the shower. The first use case was a bit more important, as my towel often refused to dry out between daily showers. Since installing the warming rack, the towels have been nice and dry at every shower. The second use case is where things fall down though. The bars definitely work and get nice and hot to the touch, and so do the parts of the towel that touch the bars, however, no other part of the towel really gets any substantial heat. I don't think its a product defect, or even this specific product design issue. It just seems like all heating racks would have this issue where unless the cloth is pressed against the heating element, it will stay luke warm at best. Saving grace is you do get some warms from the spots in contact - good enough when the towel is dry!

From the very beginning when I ordered the heated floor to needing tech support for a defective thermostat, everything was handled above just professionally and with great care. Everyone I spoke with along the way was amazing to work with. Unfortunately, I had a defective thermostat that needed to be replaced, but I have no complaints about it because the resolution process was handled so well. Customer support, tech support, and product quality are all great.

I found this company by accident when researching on YouTube because I suspected that my heated flooring went bad. After ordering what I thought was the same thermometer on Amazon, it atill didn’t fix the problem. Turns out I had the original owners manual and discovered WarmlyYours was the original sellers of my floor system, so I called them. They were amazing and even able to FaceTime with me to show me how to use an ohm meter. Turns out it was just the thermostat that went bad. I purchased a new upgraded model which was promptly shipped. There were several emails and phone calls back-and-forth with excellent “how-to” videos that walked me right through the process. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. It’s very difficult to find good customer service these days but WarmlyYours understands how to help their customers in every way.

The thermostat that I ordered was easy to install and works perfectly. Jeff Burnett returned several emails and even called me. When I placed my order on the website instead of calling to get a discount, the phone rep corrected my mistake instantly. Such attentive service for a relatively small order really impressed me.
Excellent experience. The company designed the mat layout based on my measurements of the room. My contractor installed the mat per the diagram, then poured self leveler. The small mosaic tiles installed perfectly and now my floor is toasty warm. No more cold toes before and after the shower. The programmable thermostat is easy to use. New sure your contractor knows to install the second sensor wire though.

Install was a breeze, easy to configure a layout for the space - entire sq/ft area heated. Used for one heating season thus far and am very pleased with the results - both in comfort and cost (really can not notice any increase to hydro)
Upon realizing my floors were no longer warm and considering the prospect of tearing all my floors up or selling my house, I was able to call the Customer support line at 8am and Was connected with Anatoliy Isayenko. He walked me through how we troubleshoot the matter when the floors no longer heat up. He kept me cool in an anxious situation. Once the troubleshooting was completed, he was able to coordinate an email to purchase a new thermostat. Buying a new device was absolutely a bummer given that the one that was installed was only about 5 yrs old, but buying the thermostat rather than rip up my floors was satisfactory. In a couple of days, the New thermostat arrived and I was able to install. The floors work perfectly as they should and I am very pleased with the outcome.
My contractor was happy with the ease of the installation. We have just started using them with the colder weather, feels great but our mistake is to put under vinyl floors even though they are good for heated floors. The heating sensation is far from the one from under ceramic. Takes nothing away from this product.
I had purchased the brushed stainless Riviera towel warmer in April 2016 from Home Depot, hoping to install it when our bathroom was remodeled. We were missing the timer & my husband contacted WarmlyYours in 2018 & Brian Daniels immediately sent one out.Fast forward to 2024 & our bathroom is finally being remodeled. I installed this at the end of summer so just started using it now. I opted for just the toggle switch at the base - turn it on 2-3 hours before I need it and turn it off when I'm done. Takes the chill off nicely and helps the towels dry quicker.
