Not only do they just sell you a product, but they follow up after delivery to make sure all is OK and offer 24/7 Tech support for installation issues which came in handy for me.
I have checked in with tech support 3 times, and my contractor has at least once. Always concise, consistent guidance. The support is available 24/7, and has always been available to access.
Appreciate the 24/7 support and the patient tech support (with a novice installer!).

starting up my WarmlyYours Floor In floor heating, went together well. A tester was included with the kit and it was very helpful. Started up the Digital Thermostat on Saturday and was prompted for a Tech ID number half way thru start up. Matt from WarmlyYours called me back when he was available and put me thru to a technician and my problem was solved. Thanks to all!!

I was very impressed with the support I received from WarmlyYours staff. They bent over backwards to help me with my problem. My only reservation in my review is their claim that their service is available 24/7. My initial problem occurred over the weekend and I couldn't get any response from anyone other than the phone operator. I did get a call back on Monday, but by then I had made a bad mistake. Anyway, they backed me up very well thereafter. Maybe they should place an asterisk on their 24/7 claim for the weekends.
I have been using the WarmlyYours In Floor Heating System in my house's kitchen and half bath for 7 years. My family absolutely loves it and I can confirm it is the most efficient in floor heating system I know of. It is unbelievable how fast it heats the tile up. The way the WarmlyYours engineers incorporated the Cerazorp insulation into the design to stop the heat going into the concrete slab below "a large heatsink" was genius. I do not see this design with other in floor heating systems which did not make sense to purchase. I am extremely thrilled I chose WarmlyYours. We are very pleased with the entire experience. World class support from start to finish. Highly - Recommended!
Jeff was really helpful. After following his advice/instruction it was determined that I needed a new thermostat. Received the new device quickly and installed. Everything seems to be good now. Much thanks to Jeff and the great customer service from WarmlyYours.
