After installing WarmlyYours heating mats 19 years ago, the thermistat gave out.

I called warmlyYours and they walked me through how to test the thermistat, order a new one, and how to replace it. I'm a fairly low IQ electrical person and Jeff made it doable/easy for me.

The issue of getting it right was a trial. Note this was a tex exempt sael. First tax was added and the wrong thermostat was on it. Then the tax was removed but the thermostat was changed to the wrong one. Then the thermostat was changed to the correct one but tax was added back in. Finally, I recieved an order that had no tax and the right thermostat. It was rather annoying, especially since this took several days to get corrected.

Your product is all that you said it was.

The deicing kit was perfect for my roof and gutter. The instructions were simple and easy to follow, and before ordering, your supposed staff was extremely helpful in determining the right product for my job.

The panel is silent, sleek and a great design with the ability to plug in or hardwire.

I wanted mine ceiling mounted outside the large open shower footprint to radiate heat down when getting out of the shower in the winter. My electrician had never installed one before and I had purchased a timer switch from another handware store and when the switch didn't light we werent sure if it was the panel or the switch. When we used the Warmlhy Yours switch it worked. My only disappointment is that the 300W unit I purchased is not powerful enough for an 11 ft ceiling. I did make a call for guidance and was advised it should be ample but it is not. It works and will help but it is not quite the full experience I was hoping for. The company has great response time, is considerate and helpful.

You didn’t communicate with me that there would be a wait for a product you shipped the other product charged me a delivery fee which I had free shipping on the order I placed online and then after the fact when I sent an email asking can just decide to charge for shipping when you give someone an order says free shipping You told me about it didn’t apologize didn’t acknowledge anything.

I would’ve been quite happy waiting having the order shipped for free as indicated on my web order altogether at once.

Easy and well documentef

Free standing towel warmer order and delivery was very expedient , product is well made and works well.

Wish they made a taller version of this towel warmer , bit short for longer towels. Also a programmable timer for the unit would be a very useful feature or the ability to control it via an external programmable timer .
