Overall it's very good.

I guess few things are perfect. This is such a luxury item that I feel guilty pointing this out but since you're asking, 1) There is a clicking noise when it turns on. 2) there's pockets of coldness here and there on the floor.

I am a tile installer in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area.

I have installed several different in-floor heat systems. WarmlyYours is by far the most user-friendly system for both install and operation. The thermostat has a very readable display, sleek design, and very easy operation system. Programming the system is a simple push of a couple buttons and you have a program for the week for your morning or night routine. The floor sensor is also a very easy install mainly due to its low profile. I highly recommend this system over any other system on the market. I did have an issue with one thermostat wire and after a quick couple minute call to a sales representative the problem was resolved without having to order any special parts. The customer service was VERY impressive with the knowledge of every detail of their product and also by far one of the most polite and personable services I have talked to in a long time.

I have installed several other in-floor heat systems and this is by far the easiest to work with and install. WarmlyYours is the only company that I have found actually gives a floor plan with a diagram showing how to lay out the heat system. Other electric systems simply give you a cord that is a set length and covers an approximate square footage. You as the installer have to install the wire fastening system to the floor yourself, and then guess at how far to space the wire; thus producing a lot of frustration and wasted time at the end when the heat wire needs to be removed and re-installed to make the length work out properly. I can set a 9'x6' area with WarmlyYours in approximately 2 hours. This includes pouring self-leveling mortar over the system. With other systems I can spend almost double that just setting the wire in place. There is no other in-floor heat system that I would rather use! WarmlyYours is hands down the best!

I installed these Flex Rolls over a cork base and under bamboo floors.

They are wonderful! The ability to cut/turn the roll (without cutting the heating element/wire) made the install very easy and provided a great deal of flexibility. Ultimately, I was able to cover about 90% of the area of the master bedroom - the master bath had already been done... and this will make the whole winter wake up thing VERY nice. Ordering was easy - WarmlyYours was very helpful in providing product info, assisting with a suggested layout - and shipping was very fast. My only regret is that I didn't do this years ago.

As always, perfect drawings and products make install a breeze.

This towel heater works and looks great.

I did have one towel warmer burn out after 1 1/4 years, but WarmlyYours replaced it with no fuss (they even paid return shipping). If permanently mounting, take extra care to measure carefully. There are 4 mounting points, one being the electrical. Use the template and all will be fine if you are careful. I also strongly suggest using at least one wall stud as recommended for strength. Only suggestion would be to increase the distance from the wall to make getting towels down the back easier. We double fold the towels their long dimension and get two large ones on. My wife also uses this rack for drying her finer clothes. 4 rating is only due to the first unit failing. If there was a grade for service, I would give a 5 rating.

Design & order process was exceptionally easy - bonus points for including the installation map and for the almost total lack of lead time.

To have the order process easy, lead time minimal, and installation seamless all at a reasonable price will win my future business.

I installed my WarmlyYours electric heated floor in my kitchen approximately 7 years ago.

Approximately 2 years after I installed it the 15 amp thermostat burned out. WarmlyYours promptly provided me with a replacement thermostat at no cost. About 2 years later the second thermostat burned out. WarmlyYours then sent a technical expert to my house to investigate the cause of the problem. The technician used highly sophisticated instruments to diagnosis the problem. The technician determined that the system as originally designed by WarmlyYours required more amps than the 15 amp thermostat could handle. I was offered an option at that time, try a 16 amp thermostat or replace the thermostat with 2 power modules and a master thermostat. I chose to try the 16 amp thermostat. Unfortunately the 16 amp thermostat also burned out in approximately 2 years. When I called WarmlyYours to get a replacement thermostat they agreed to provide me with 2 power modules and a master thermostat at no cost. They even agreed to pay the cost of having an electrician install the new components. Although they made a mistake when they originally designed my system, Warm Yours stood by its product long after its Warranty expired. They are a fantastic company to deal with and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of an electric heated floor

When the client told me that he wants to remodel his master bathroom in the contemporary style, one of the initial conveniences came in mind was warm floor and then towel warmer.

And from my past experience with WarmlyYours, I googled WarmlyYours for the contact and the process of procurement started. The project completed a week back. When I visited the client today, the towel warmer was off, and there was a troubleshooting question ready. Apparently, the client is in learning mode. She could not turn it on using the indented switch, because the switch has spring action and needs a little extra force to turn off or on. While the product is a real convenient, the documentation is not exactly user friendly (specifically, for a homeowner). The installing contractor, does not think it's his duty to explain the homeowner, how to use the warmer. In my opinion, the user setup should be one pager in somewhat animated form as well as a detailed (slow presentation) You Tube video presentation.

Extraordinary service from the Sales and Tech support group was provided during both projects.

The first project has been working fine for going on three years and this experience gave us confidence to order again. Tempzone is a well engineered product and comes with installation drawings and instructions that make the install straight forward. Easy to install and use.

It was easy to install.

I placed it in position the night before the carpet guys were showing up to install the carpet. The installation process overall was flawless.

I used the panel as I was finishing an older basement.

The panel is used in my TV room and was extremely easy to install. I met the carpet guys there and rolled out the panel after they installed the carpet pad. It could not of gone any easier. The system heats well as we can sit on the floor in the middle of a Minnesota winter. Love the product.
