Your staff was very kind to provide a drawing and custom fit mat with very clear installation instructions for me to follow. The new bathroom floor turned out great and it sure was nice to step on nice warm tile all winter long. The thermostat controls were easy to install and use and have performed perfectly. One suggestion I may offer... I was not sure if I was able to shorten the mat lead lines as the instructions were not clear. A quick call to customer service answered my questions. Thanks. Another new bathroom this year...I will be calling to order my new heat mat.

I do find the relay a little noisy. Its has a relatively loud click when it energizes and de-energizes.

I put these mats under bamboo hardwood flooring from *ome depo* in my 32' motorhome. Keeps it warm. After 9 months the GFCI I had it hooked up to (outlet) started tripping. After diagnosis ruled out under floor problems and I had already swapped out the GFCI outlet, I called for help. Troubleshooting help from OEM recommended a dedicated breaker with GFCI. Luckily it was a short run. Problem solved for under $100. Thanks.

My thermostat on the in-floor heating stopped I called WarmlyYours and even though my product no longer had a warranty they offered me the purchase of a new one for half price.

This was the second flex roll floor heating system I installed.

It went in easily and has been working well in the bathroom I renovated in September 2015. As like the first floor heating roll I installed in my other bathroom renovation, sales and service support was excellent. I have recommended your solution to others looking for a floor heating system.
