The product is as advertised.
We are 1 year in and could not be happier. The install was not difficult, and it is a dream in the winter. We keep the temp around 75 (you don;t need 80+) and it is heaven to walk into the bathroom (Ok, we keep the house at 68 in the winter). I ended up installing the flex roll and then putting leveler mud on top and then tiled. Just perfect!
The thermostat worked fine for 5 1/2 year and then broke.
The thermostat indicated a GFI - OH NO! After testing the wires (fortunately I kept the initial readings) it looked the same, so I called customer service. They were very helpful, saying it was most likely the thermostat - "a common problem at this age (5 1/2 yrs - really?). I was initially skeptical but when they offered to split the cost, I ordered it, installed it and YEAH, my floor had heat again. The web site should list this as problem and offer replacements at cost. 5 1/2 years is way too short of a lifespan for a thermostat.

Both the Tempzone Roll and the thermostat worked perfectly upon completion of the installation.

The Thermostat is great but pretty complicated.
Takes a bit to get used to but once you get it figured out its a breeze!
