We have ceiling panels and floor coils in our otherwise cool master bath.

Last year I remodeled my kitchen and installed a heat mat.

The process was simple and the staff at Warmly Yours were extremely helpful in my design process. I would recommend this product for anyone, the mat was very easy to install and frankly it warms my floor perfectly.

Had to replace the thermostat recently, but the floor is still working well after 12+ years.

On another issue, I vaguely recall going to a home show years ago where they demonstrated a heated floor using approximately 15 inch rubber squares with the heating coils incorporated and the edges were interlocking on all sides. Not sure how it worked, but I thought that would make installation so easy. Can your research team look into something like that?

I have been using WY electric floor heating systems in my remodeling projects, and my own home, for over 2 decades now.

At the end of the day, they are the most luxurious product that can be added to a home for the cost. It does not need to be a multi million dollar home to justify the adding heated floors to any job, especially a tiled bathroom. My customers absolutely love there warm bathroom floors. The added electrical cost is insignificant when you consider that the added heat means any other heat source in the space has to run less. The staff has always been super helpful with the design layouts. Everything I need is included in the package when it arrives. Having never received a call back about a system I installed speaks to the quality of the product.

I installed a heated floor in our basement bathroom in 2003.

Back then I researched suppliers and the cost was all about the same - but WarmlyYours had higher ratings, so I went with that. Boy was I glad I did! The reason for those ratings was the service. I'm pretty handy, but this project was new teritory for me. I got it finished, and wow what a difference! My wife was mad because the little bathroom in the basement was now the nicest in the house!! Fast forward to two years ago, and the controller went on the fritz. Twenty years of running perfect in a high humidity environment... to be expected I guess. Anyhow, a quick call, and I was put in touch with a tech person who walked me through testing the controller to find out the issue. Once determined that I needed a new one, they matched an upgraded one to the system, and gave me a hefty discount (I think 40%) for my trouble. After twenty years though I expected to pay full price so I was completely surprized. I got the new controller, hooked it up, and it has been running great since. I can't say enough about their customer service, and the fact that they stand behind their product 100 percent. Who does that in todays world??

I have many of the Warmly Yours radiant heaters throughout my house.

I find the heat they produce to be very comfortable and efficient. I don't know what I'd do without them.

I had a defective thermostat for my heated floors and although it was out of warranty, Warmly Yours gave me a good price on a replacement, which works very well.

My only suggestion is that Warmly Yours should work with Home Assistant, an open source home automation system, to integrate their thermostats. Many other companies have done that and increased their sales.

I have purchased 2 Warmly Yours towel warmers over the years.

They both have worked flawlessly and I absolutely love having a warm towel waiting when I get out of the shower! I would highly recommend Warmly Yours, they are easy to work with and their products are excellent!!

We first purchased an indoor floor heating system from Warmly Yours back in 2006.

Since then, we purchased a second system for another room, and then upgraded after that years later. We required technical assistance after the Texas freeze (storm Uri) in 2001 - and the technical team was amazing with me and with our electrician. We worked mostly with Anatoliy Isayenko, who is incredibly skilled working with both laypersons and professionals. We also worked a good bit with Kerilyn Merritt, who provided outstanding care throughout our upgrade process. I frequently tell people what a great product you have, and even more - what capable, dedicated professionals are on the team.

Controller went bad after a few years, but it was easy for me to replace.

Your customer service rep was very helpful when our original thermostat stopped working.

His instructions testing the original device were clear. The replacement device is so much easier to operate than the original! I am very happy. Thank you.

We purchased a heated towel bar because our contractor was familiar with your products and they were able to give us a better price instead of us purchasing the same product from a different source.

Everything works fine. The only reason for my 4 star review, instead of 5, is due to the fact it doesn't heat as hot as we would like. We had purchased another brand for our guest bath and that one heats better.

Floor heating system is excellent! Wall towel heater takes a long time to heat and doesn’t make the towels very warm.
