Customer Reviews

Mahdi was very professional and helpful.

He knew when to bring Mary into finding a solution to my predicament. Mary was a terrier working to understand the events leading up to my situation. Because of her perseverance Mary was able to solve the problem which proved WarmlyYours steadfastly stands behind their products and guarantees. My past dealings with Anatoliy also maintained WarmlyYours high standards. I highly recommend WarmlyYours not only for their products but for their consistent quality of staff, customer service and obvious commitment to high standards and performance. Wise choice.

I've had Warmy Yours heated floors in my bath since 2006 and highly recommend them.

A quality product and very --very!!-- responsive customer service when I needed to replace the wall control unit (after 16 years). Having floor heat installed is a decision I would never take back!

We installed 60' of SNOW MELT MAT in 2018.

It was placed under our flagstone walkway to the entrence door of our home. We are so pleased we did -- and it is still working perfectly. I did the labor of arranging the configuration, and covering the Mat with sand for protection. I also ran the Mat wiring and the electric wire - but had a licenced electrician make the final connections, especially to the breaker box. This is a 10 Star product!

good product

fantastic devices and amazing support...no friction just want you to be warm

Excellent customer service.

Great staff

Very helpful and fast service

Your products have worked well and when they haven't you have supported me with replacement parts.

Products have worked so well, I think I have only contacted you once over about 10 or more years.

Replaced 7 year old thermostat with ease

From the very first heated floor in the master bathroom to the heat coil (wires) to prevent ice damage I have been completely satisfied with your products.

Working in SoCal most of our projects do not get floor heating.

Everytime we do get an opportunity we work with WarmlyYours. I always get treated with outstanding service. Whether we are working with our sales rep or anyone else at WarmlyYours, it always feels like family or friends.

Our WarmlyYours in-floor heating system has been working flawlessly since I installed it in 2016.

Our kitchen is so comfortable to be in. I sometimes lay on the floor to get warmed up after being in the winter weather all day. My wife puts her bread dough bowls on the floor to rise. It was worth every penny.

We love our heated floor and the service tech who came out recently to fix an issue.

I love my under floor heaters!

They are very cozy and reliable. We received a lot of support and advice from the company on the purchasing and installation.

Ten years with tile floors always the proper warm for bare feet.

Winter and summer. Very nice.

Employees are very knowledgeable friendly and very helpful!

Your product is delivered expeditiously which is very important! Best of good luck in the next decades!

Amazing aftersale service, great price, fast shipping

From the front office to the tech and installation questions, you were professional, thorough and Warm!

I look forward to the next opportunity I get to install your product and enjoy working with you again!

It keeps our sunroom tile floor warm every winter.

The cats love it.

Excellent Support staff!

We love our Warmly Yours heated flooring systems!

We have one installed in each of our two full baths. We use the programmable thermostats to set the timing for exactly what temperatures we want the floors when. I admit to overriding the program to temporarily raise the temperature up higher when I shower so the whole room Is toast warm when I step out. We’ve had our got about 6 years - I highly recommend this system!.

Installed system in Kitchen 15 years ago - Had very good support during installation and the system has worked fine since installation.

Great service and friendly helpful people.

I put a WarmlyYours heating mesh under my marble tile floor in our bathroom over a decade ago.

It has been reliably keeping us warm through cold upstate NY winters for all that time. Back when I purchased it I remember the customer support was excellent and responsive. I’m sure they have come a long way since then.
