I needed a replacement thermostat for an underfloor mat heating system in a bathroom.

It took one phone call, and a couple of days and the replacement was delivered. Very nice people to consult and patient with my non-technical description of what was needed. I'm sorry I cannot remember the person I dealt with because it has been several years. Just remember it being a very satisfying experience.

We installed a Warmly Yours heating system in the floor of our bathroom in about 1992.

When we converted attic space to living space in 2019 and added a bathroom we again chose Warmly Yours. For each installation we provided floor plans for the room and the fixtures. The materials supplied by Warmly Yours were excellent. The materials exactly matched the blueprints and fit perfectly. We are dedicated DIYers and found that the instructions were easy to follow. Both installations continue to function as intended and really add a touch of luxury to our lives.

My towel warmer worked for about 8 years when it suddenly stopped working.

The company was very helpful in getting me a replacement at a reduced cost along with easy-to-follow directions on how to replace the warmer on the wall. Very easy to work with and responsive. Unfortunately, our new home doesn't have the space for a new warmer, but if we figure out how to place one, we'll use Warmly Yours.

During the cooler (and also the downright cold) months, our tiled bath floor has given our feet many a happy morning!

We have heated the ceramic tile in our kitchen.

I like that we can schedule the thermostat to heat the tiles only when we want. The heat is even and so nice on bare feet in the winter. My only regret is that we didn't make the heated area bigger. We have had no trouble with it in the almost ten years it has been in.

Our radiant floor has been in place now for 10 years, and continues to work flawlessly and has provided us with the expected comfort in our home.

While doing a new build, we placed units in the floor for both bathrooms, and also in an entry foyer. Way back when ordered and purchased, everything was handled quickly and professionally without any issues. Everything arrived exactly as it should, and was easy to install.
