Good product.
I like it.
The response to correct the issues was great.
All is well.
Overall i am satisfied with the product and service.
I have installed and it is working . Even Better if: Better guidance in the installation guide on self levelling concrete. This stage in the process gets one or two lines in the guide. Actually it was challenging and fairly expensive. I had about 400 square feet and it required about 22 50 lb sacks of concrete, three men and a day of effort to pour. I hadnt budgeted for this level of effort. The guide instructs that wires be a minimum of three inches apart but given length sent this separation was difficult to achieve and also i counted the separation units used in the cable guide in the instruction video and followed this and this was very tight and difficult to achieve separation on long cable runs
Very happy with the warm floors!
Easy to install and operate.
It works well and it fits our small space.
The design part with the brackets could use some redesign. It was tricky to install and hold in place at the same time. Once installed it works well. It is nice to have warm, dry towels.
Perfect replacement for the Honeywell T-Stat that stopped working properly.
Our towel warmer arrived promptly as promised and we love it.

All good but tape seemed to cause some springiness and did not lay perfectly flat as usual.
But minor inconvenience during install.
It was not easy to program as we want the heat during the night, not day.
The staff tired but said they were unfamiliar with this model. Finally got it done, I think.
This product was installed in a shower.
Unfortunately, it only seems to hear half of the seat!
