We are Very happy with your Floor heating system

Our towel rack fell off the wall.

My wife wanted a heated one. These had better reviews than others. It arrived quickly, my electrician had it installed in an hour and modified the light switch to turn it on and off. Works well and we are very pleased.

The bathroom floor is wonderfully warm.

The floor was easy to install and works well.

We had lots of questions and they were answered quickly and fully. The only problem we had was with ordering the mats. The size we were quoted on wasn't available when we ordered within a short time frame and we had to redo our design.

We had to return the first warmer we bought due to some manufacture defect.

The process was easy and convenient. The communication all way through was managed very professionally. Special thanks to the account Manager Pauline Leprozo.

During the ordering process I was contacted multiple times to make sure the product I was getting was exactly what I needed.

The switch cover came damaged as it appeared to be put on a little too tightly and it cracked. The staff were more than happy to send me a replacement. I purchased these in the winter to have on hand for spring when they will be installed so I can’t speak to how well they work at this time. I’d definitely order from them again though just based on the customer service I’ve received.

Accessing our floor heater settings via an iPhone is nice, but not necessarily needed.

However, having access to the kWh usage is invaluable. Just making a small change in temperature and heating time intervals has significantly reduced our electrical usage for heating our floors. Once you've experienced heated tile flooring it's hard to go back to cold floors.

Everyone I spoke with was very helpful, especially as they helped me select the right thermostat for my needs, and how they walked me thru the installation process.

Everything works great! My only suggestion would be to flatten the connection and insulation materials at the heating element/cold lead, as this creates a hump and requires a much thicker bed of thin set under the heated floor. My floor had thickness requirements for a door opening radius and drainage.

I Researched every electric floor heating product available.

I am an Electrical Contractor so I understand when someone is trying to BS me when it comes to electrical application. so after talking with many of the competitive floor heat manufacturers and suppliers I found myself over whelmed and Frustrated. I had sales people lying to me to sell their product.
