How many nJoin power modules can one thermostat control?

Manufacturer guidance on adding nJoin USG-4000 or nJoin 2.0 USG5-4000 modules.

The manufacturer’s nJoin USG-4000 and nJoin 2.0 USG5-4000 instructions state that any number of power modules can be added to the system.

This does not remove the wiring, circuit, or load requirements for each device. The maximum signal-cable distance is 80 ft (25 m) from the thermostat to a module or between successive modules. Use field wiring cable; 20 AWG in two colors is recommended. Only one wire may connect to each A, B, C, or D terminal.

A qualified installer must follow the exact thermostat/module wiring diagram and applicable electrical requirements. Incorrect signal wiring can keep a module energized continuously and overheat the floor.
