EXCELLENT customer service!

Bought my current home 7 years ago with already installed heated marble bathroom floors and the thermostat appeared to go out....in winter😳😳😳. Wasn't sure how to manage it as I'm separated from my husband and have been forced to manage things I had previously relagated as a "male" duty. When the device arrived I was unable to figure out how to get it installed....and called a helpline on a Sunday😬😬. And to my surprise, an actual person picked up the phone ❤️❤️. A technician called a day or two later to address my concerns, but I was on the road driving and unable to explain adequately the challenges I had faced attempting to install it😣😣. The technician forwarded me a video instruction guide and assured me that if this was insufficient to allow for successful installation, then he would gladly accept my phone call back. The video was EASY to understand and in under an hour the thermostat was successfully installed and I've been enjoying heated floors in January AGAIN....thank God!!! And thanks to WarmlyYours!

Monk Kitchen Floor

Hey Troy, the order refernced was only part of the project. The balance of floor heating was also WarmlyYours but was purchased from a local distributor (City Tile Nanaimo) THis was my 3rd WarmlyYours project and again I'm very satisfied and happy with not only the service provided but the end result. Replaced old controller

So in 2003 I installed a mat in our basement bathroom. This included the TH111-P-GFI controller. Recently the controller started acting up. After a few e-mails and tests it was determined that it definitely was the controller. I was totally surprised that after basically 20 years I was offered a new controller at 1/2 price! It arrived very quickly and was easy to hook up. We are back to having a nice warm floor!!

WiFi thermostats are a game changer.

These network controls are simple for the homeowner to understand and work with. I have never had a call back to reeducate an owner, reprogram or replace them. I use these on all of our projects.

If I were hiring account reps right now, I'd be thinking about Jenn. She always puts the customer first and tries to think through their needs. Replacement Thermostat for bathroom floor

We all love our heated floor, even the cats, so when it began to trip off we were unsure how to troubleshoot. Originally installed around 15 years ago so concerned parts might no longer be available. Your staff helped us determine problem, identified suitable replacement and shipped out within a few days. All installed. We are very happy.

Great Product - Warm Floor!

Ordered 90’ roll operating at 240 Volts. Sales support on ordering was great, they provided a layout that I could prep the electrical and sensors location for during construction. Product arrived on-time. Contacted support during install for help with ohm meter check. Installation was easy and I highly recommend the single roll with one (1) power connection to your thermostat. I installed another floor heating system that needed six (6) pads with cables all running to the T stat and it took a lot more time. My installation was as follows: 3/4” T&G subfloor, 2mm foam underlayment, Environ Flex Roll heating pad, Pergo portfolio wetprotect 10mm flooring. I did have to notch out the subfloor for the temperature sensors, I put in a spare, and the power lead in wire that runs about half way into the foil at the start. Another area I had to notch the subfloor was at the termination or end of the roll. The heating cable terminates in a connector that needs to be notched. If you buy the underlayment from WarmlyYours you will notch that instead of subfloor. Performance: installed fall of 2022. Christmas 2022 saw temperatures of -10 degrees F for three days straight with 35MPH wind. Room was comfortable all the time! The product works and provides even heat throughout the floor. It is great to lay on when it is freezing outside! The room we installed it in has windows on three sides so it really takes the brunt of the winter weather. in the fall of 2022 i installed a WarmlyYours system in my living room and dining room and they sold the thermostat and powermodule. however I had previously installed a competitors product which did not come with a programmable thermostat. i ordered the same thermostats from WarmlyYours both for function as well as esthetics as it give to same look and funtionality for both the Kitchen floor as well as the Dining Room Living room.

Replaced older model and was flawless

Some of the best customer service that I have experienced in a while. My floor warming system was about 5 years old and quit working this year. I called the company and explained my issue. They first recommended that I perform an ohms test to determine if it was a floor pad issue at thermostat before sending me a replacement. After determining it was the thermostat, they recommended a newer unit and gave me a competitive price on the unit. During the installation process I called the technician to ensue that I was performing the installation correctly, even though it is straight forward. However, upon discussing with the technician, we determined that I had a 120 volt system and my original electrician, wired it 240 volt. It is amazing that the system did not burn out and is probably the reason that the thermostat burned out. I changed my breaker box circuit to 120 volt (actually had an electrician do it) and everything is working perfectly.
