Project Information

Kory Nelson, the visionary behind Nelson Design & Engineering in Portland, Oregon, sought a distinctive feature to set his home remodeling projects apart. Discovering electric floor heating from WarmlyYours Radiant Heating, he decided to first experience the product in his own home.

“The first installation I did of a WarmlyYours floor was in my own home because I wasn’t going to use my customers as a guinea pig,” Nelson explains. “I can’t afford to lose referrals through a bad experience—referrals are the life of my business.”

Impressed by the comfort and quality, Nelson integrated radiant floor heating into his remodeling projects, providing that sought-after “wow” factor for potential buyers.
